Alfred Morris and Marshawn Lynch both had near 1,600 yards rushing last year. I'm sure that had nothing to do with their success

We went with a a guy from the college ranks, that was a HC and was fairly sucessful He was targeted by several teams (at least those were the rumors). If true what an awful trade that turned out to be the Raiders. They gave up a ton for a middle of the road QB Before yesterday I would have said no to this but for a year or two he might be worth it. Tavaris Jackson as our best QB is downright scary. I'm more than willing to bet that whoever we draft is our starter by week 6

My hunch was the plan was to build a good team then insert the QB and go. When Fitz was signed to that contract he was playing pretty damn well. My hindsight abilities are stronger than most, clearly this didnt work out. I have a hard time throwing this man to the curb for missing that. Lots of smart coaches and GMs look pretty dumb when they don't have Brady, Favre, Hasselbeck, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino, John Elway or Payton Manning.
