  1. He’s probably like a top 10 horrible human who plays in the NFL. Fits in well in KC
  2. To go deal Mahomes and Herbert?
  3. “How to spend a ton of money and end uP with an average offense” -The Bill Belicheck story
  4. The Bills were apparently very high on Harold Goodwin when they hired McDermott. I had to look him up, former OC for the Cards, now with Tampa. Nobody is mentioning his name today. Only 32 jobs. Daboll will take an offer if it comes to him
  5. Why would you limit half of your potential hires? That seems very short sighted HC is such a different position than just offense or defense. Its about building a brand, a culture and a work environment for people to thrive. Top to bottom in the entire organization. It requires such a holistic thinking that IMO its more about the person than anything. Is this a guy who commands the room? Can he get people to buy in? Does he have a plan for this situation or that situation. Can he bring in good coaches? What are his connections in the league? Is he well respected? Thats why I don't get hung up on offense or defense. Get me a good coach that has a good plan of how to run an organization and the rest works itself out
  6. Based on the fact he has been an excellent coordinator and being promoted makes sense for a guy like him. Of course its a projection, but IMO, its a damn good one
  7. Good hire for the Bears
  8. Maybe, but the Packers are about to be in cap hell. Denver is actually a great roster, just needs a QB If it gets him and Mahomes to beat each other up to earn the 3 seed, I'm all for it
  9. The year they went to the AFCCG they were like 5th in scoring, 6th in yards per game and 1st in rushing. With Blake Bortles!
  10. I don't think that makes him unqualified. Hell dealing with moody Rodgers is an accomplishment in it of itself
  11. Not picking on you in particular, but why do people think this? Fitz is a fun guy to root for, but what about him makes him a good coach? He was not a great teammate after Tua took his job. He doesn't have great fundamentals. He is hardly a technician of QBing. What makes Fitz "good" is his playing style and personality. Guys gravitate to him because he plays so hard and its a great dude. Could he be a good coach? Maybe, but just because he's been around for a long time doesn't mean he will be a good coach.
  12. A Jimmy G 99 yard scramble as time expires would be pretty hilarious
  13. Fitz made a comment last year that he doesnt like to go back to places hes already been. He's not coming back folks and his career may be over after that injury
  14. It comes down to 2 things. 1) Mahomes is very good against the Blitz, both scrambling and throwing 2) Team speed. The Bills don't have the speed to match Hill, Hardman and Kelcie consistently
  15. Quinn is a great and likeable guy which really helps. He did get his team to a super bowl and that won't go unnoticed
  16. I'm not so sure. Watching his presser, he looked tired, broken. I bet he gets a studio gig and enjoys it.
  17. Eh every opening is still open. Saints will be fine
  18. Its also just some bad luck. Josh slipped against Tenn. Blocked FG vs Pitt. Cody Ford had to play vs Jax, Hurricane vs Pats*, Coin Toss vs Bucs/Chiefs Sometimes it just happens that way
  19. Not being a pro bowl alternate
  20. Maybe getting longer term deals. Especially Ankou
  21. I tend to agree. The raiders the first game was a gift, and they only by 7. I think Bengals could win, but only if Henry isn’t who they expect him to be
  22. I'm polishing up my resume now for when philosophical differences arrive next year!
