  1. We have to keep him....he's a Williams...
  2. If they cut Fred outright this season, the Bills will lose me as a fan. They need his leadership even if it is just this one last season.
  3. Me too.
  4. Yes, all 4 of us coming up from Winston-Salem, NC. Me the only Bills fan. Wife and 1 son are Steelers fans, and other son is Panthers fan. Oh well, I tried to raise them up right.
  5. Thanks for all the great suggestions. My mouth is watering!
  6. A buddy and I are coming for the Titans game this weekend. We are staying in the Tonawanda area. What are good places to eat around there? We plan on hitting Duff's after the game in OP since I have heard so much about it on this board, but we are unfamiliar with the Tonawanda area. Don't want to jinx us, but Bills are 5-0 in regular season games that I have been to. Hope the string continues this weekend. Also, parking - where is Hammer's Lot and what time should we get there? Go Bills!
  7. Winston-Salem, NC
  8. yeah, you're right. I was mainly meaning today.
  9. Russell Wilson - he just wins. Name goes good with our stadium too.
  10. He did have one heck of a game against the Chargers a couple years ago. It was right after Trint had the 1st concussion.
  11. That's easy. The Bills will have no QB sacks. That one's too easy.
  12. While he ran hard, ML was slow. I was at a Bills game two years ago, when a BAL defensive lineman caught him from behind! ML does not have the kind of speed you need to be a stud running back, IMO.
  13. Wait just a second. I can think of one "dumb jock good ol' boy southerner" who has done pretty well for himself - Brett Farve. Just because someone is from the south doesn't make them an idiot. And there's Bradshaw too from Louisiana. Let's see, Trent went to Stanford, Jauron to Yale, but let's not go there.
  14. Cannot be any worse that what they are already doing!!
  15. You're hired!
  16. YES, he jacked that dude up! He does that every week. I don't know of anyone that intense for that long. Truly a unique player. Ravens are a different team when he is not in.
  17. About the only good thing to say about yesterday was we came out of the game without putting someone else on IR. Losing Poz is bad, but almost expected from him, unfortunately. Also, go back and look at the games last year when Freddy was the only back. We actually had some offense. I say put Freddy as the feature back, use CJ for special formations, etc and use Thugshawn as the guy to put in there when you need two tough yards. Maybe CJ can be the guy next year. Right now I think Freddy is best suited for the supporting cast we have (ie he knows how to operate behind no OL) Just my 2 cents.
  18. Yeah - he is my new second favorite Bill. Fast Freddy is still first.
  19. anything but another CB or Safety would be fine with me.
  20. Unreal - I have never been so pissed at the outcome of a game. No doubt in my mind the officials blew that call. Granted, "stay in your lanes" should have happened to, but to give them that game made me forever hate the Thumbtacks...
  21. Thank you. I was about to say the same thing.
  22. Do we have to go through this again? Just pick a game..every game is worse than the last.
  23. I have posted this here before and some scoffed which is fine, but my college roommate at Catawba was the tight ends coach, Charlie Coiner. If/when he ever leaves the Bills, I might have a lot to say on this board but for obvious reasons will not at this time. He was and I guess still is pretty tight with Alex from the year when Alex was offensive quaility control. Actually I have not talked to him since Turk left. I try not to call during the season, he's too busy to call back anyway. But I guarantee after the season, I am going to make him give me a play by play of what has happened this year. I have not made it up to BUF for a game this year, but did take in the Carolna game which was a blast. I promise if Charlie ever leaves the Bills, I will give you some good stories.
  24. In 2002 versus the Bears. Overtime win as Travis Henry took a screen from Bledsoe and took it in from 20 yds out. Fine day indeed. Coach of the Bears at the time: Jauron!
