    The Petco ballpark and Qual comm in San Diego were /are in constricted road access areas. So I don't buy the traffic issues. Just make sure a rail line goes to the stadium to bring people in and out during games. Downtown it is! Carry on.

    I was going to buy a condo downtown a few years back by Ellicott Development. I wish I had now.

    Yes its a stadium for baseball. But the restaurants and stores embedded in the stadium at the street level on the sidewalks around the park are open year round and it is an asset to the downtown core district.

    Look at Petco park. Tons of restaurants built into the stadium Thrives year round.

    I was just in that 7.1 earthquake. I couldn't move, I could only look around at everything moving .

    Just tossing in my $0.02 I recently hired a sales consultant. Best thing I've ever done. Jim Kelly can teach the rookie so much on reading defenses, pre snap reads, hot reads, K-Gun when needed. No downside here.

    Great post. Count me in. As for the WR's , they just have to be able to run their routes and catch the ball. Look at Brady and their WR's, Brady makes them look better than they are.

    I grew up in Fort Erie, Ont, Can, Went to Toronto for college for 3 years, lived in Buffalo, yes I am a Raptor fan.
