  1. Looks like a complete failure of the leadership of their national defense. Certainly Israel’s obsession/policy of providing protection to settlers in West Bank consumed their military attention along with Hamas fooling them into thinking that Hamas was more interested in economic development.
  2. If you don’t know him, he is the son of the co-founder of Hamas. He was raised as Hamas. He is speaking out very publicly against all the evil that is Hamas and that which is supported by many Palestinian people. The world needs many more people like him from Arab nations speaking the hard truths.
  3. It’s not like no one expects it or they don’t practice this in drills. It’s the dumbest thing in football besides the prevent defense.
  4. Despite many whining about inflation under Biden, the USA is doing quite well compare to other nations as worldwide inflation spiked post Covid and after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Financial Times Global inflation tracker: see how your country compares on rising prices: https://www.ft.com/content/088d3368-bb8b-4ff3-9df7-a7680d4d81b2
  5. The long term viability is an interesting point which depends on finding a peaceful solution with the Palestinians. Elimination of Hamas (if possible) or Hamas changing their view of Israel is necessary before peace is possible.
  6. If we had a physical fitness contest between the two of them, I think I’d bet on Biden.
  7. Trumps brain is toast, rambling without any comprehension of what he is saying. Aside from talking about golden showers, he is bragging about the Taliban leader calling him “your excellency” and praising Xi and Putin. He looooves the dictators and killers. https://www.meidastouch.com/news/trump-in-iowa-i-do-not-like-golden-showers-from-prostitutes
  8. Burrow is developing a pattern of being injury prone like Jimmy G.
  9. Morons…. Genocide is what Hamas intends to do to Israel. If Israel wanted to do genocide, they would not provide evacuations for civilians, the hospitals would be dust, and Gaza would be flat by now. The Palestinians are martyrs sacrificed by Hamas for their delusional fantasies. The war can end tomorrow if Hamas releases the hostages and lays down their weapons.
  10. The NFL already stands as “not for long” for most players. Players sacrifice their bodies for this sport. Why would you want players to get less money from the billionaire owners.
  11. Fudge….. seems like we are back to the Billy’s years
  12. Time for the offense to do some complimentary football
  13. Well, we have a chance to tie now if we can get 3 field goals
  14. Perfect pass by Josh. His teammates are not supporting him.
  15. The D is doing their job so far. Time for the offense to produce.
  16. I guess I don’t understand the martyr mentality. Maybe it’s a psychological way to rationalize the tragic death of loved ones. Acknowledging the deaths of loved ones as unnecessary and a waste is tough to do.
  17. This is a good sign. Maybe the civilians are fed up with Hamas.
  18. The world needs more moderate voices connected to the Israel-Palestinian conflict to speak out. As an outside observer, it seems to me that the extremists define the issues so often. I like to think that most people, the silent majority, are not on the extremes and just want to live peacefully. I believe that as long as the Palestinian people allow Hamas to exist, they will forever be suffering. Hamas will continue to attack Israel and the cycle of violence will continue, to the delight of Hamas. Sadly, as in every war, innocent people are suffering and dying. Hamas wanted this war. Under the right conditions, wars can be followed by peace, but both sides have to want stability and peace more than they want revenge. When the culture celebrates every Palestinian who dies as a martyr, they don’t seem ready for peace. I don’t think a single state solution would ever be accepted by Israel since Isralis would not want to be out numbered by Palestinians. Peace seemed so close during the Clinton administration and so far away now. Both sides need leaders who want peace more than war. It’s a totally f’d up situation.
  19. At times Josh predetermined where he wants to throw. I’ve seen this throughout his career. Other times this year he seems stuck on a receiver who is covered, he gets indecisive and throws late or ends up scrambling when other receivers were open. Other times he is stellar with his decisions. Who knows? He needs to find his zen space while playing the most difficult position in sports.
  20. Every team has a bad ending except one each year. Get used to it.
  21. Defense did plenty to win tonight. The problems are on the offense side of the ball.
