Not only unexcusable but inexplicable. How is this the same group of guys that destroyed the Dolphins? Why can't they play the way they played against the Raiders? I know a lot of fans of other teams and they just don't understand what they are seeing from the Bills.

Just so everyone is clear on this, Sean McDermott became the Head Coach of the Buffalo Bills in January of 2017. Joe Brady didn't get to Carolina until February of 2020.

This is an interesting topic because all teams have these guys with ambiguous titles on their staffs. In fact, the Bills have few of them compared to other teams. The Ravens have two guys with the title "Senior Football Analysit/Gameplaning." They also have two "coaching analysts." Also, did you know that Bills' fan favorite Brian Cox is the Assistant Defensive Line Coach for the NY Giants?

CMC was out hurt for most of Brady's time as OC in Carolina.

I think that he should have to stand at midfield after every home loss and let fans throw rotten tomatoes at him.

Joe Brady was the "passing game coordinator" and play-caller at LSU when Burrow, Jefferson, and Chase steamrolled all of college football in 2019. Then he got the OC job in Carolina and got fired there, but they had no players besides a very injured CMC.

I don’t mean fielding a good team. I mean even having enough cap space to put a team on the field. Von, Josh, and Diggs have so much dead cap that it would absorb 3/4 of the cap. Not going to happen.

If the Bills traded Josh Allen and Von Miller they would have so much dead cap that they would have trouble fielding a team next year.

Worked better before the portal and NIL when a team could bench a guy for two years.

It’s easy as a fan to blame coaches because they’re easy to fire.

You’ve got crimson colored glasses. The “process” comes from Sam Hinkie and the Philadelphia 76ers. And, for kicks, it didn’t work there either.

The Bills didn’t lose because of 12 men on a missed FG. We lost because the QB played poorly against a bad defense. I’m not saying to trade the guy, but that’s not good enough. Other franchise QBs don’t have games like that. Burrow threw for over 300 in his loss on Sunday. Mahomes doesn’t have games like this. Even Herbert doesn’t have games like this. He clearly saw a sport’s psychologist this offseason (low positive is right from those people) and it’s messing with his head. But in the end, I’m not sure he cares.

I’m out. I’m done with these guys. I survived the drought by not caring. I’m right back there again. I hate myself for believing. Good things don’t happen to me. I forgot that for a little bit, bit now I remember.
