    Sure, but Baltimore has even less cap space than the Bills and they still have to, in theory, pay Lamar.

    Is someone actually upset about this? It's a static HTML list, not an indication of player performance or popularity. Also, judging by the names on the list, it was last updated in 2019 or 2020.

    That 3rd is in the 2024 draft.

    I think its bad for Lamar because the QB market was just reset again, and the full-guaranteed contract that Deshawn Watson got has been shown to be an aberration, not the new norm like Lamar has been arguing.
