  1. Every town/city is fun if you look for the right places. Chad is trying to be funny, but hey, he's trying...
  2. Chanpionship baby, yeahh!!
  3. The fact that Losman has an amazing arm doesn't mean that Trent doesn't have a good one. He has plenty of arm to be succesfull in the league, he needs to stay healthy and play with a lot more consistency.
  4. He must have improved a lot since his debut against Washington because I thought he was solid against the Colts, making a couple of tackles. That is his ticket if he wants to make the roster and the coaches played him a lot the other night.
  5. Thanks for the report Mike. When was the last time you saw, heard, or read this, either in a game or in practice? "On the next play, Edwards found Lee Evans, but he dropped it" Amazing how sure handed Lee Evans has been in his carreer. Nice to hear about Jackson stepping up, that will push Johnson to be better. I have a feeling that Johnson is the #2 WR because he does the little things the right way. Having said that he has to start catching the ball.
  6. Thanks Lt. Dan, great report.

  8. Yep, that was a great throw, Lee didn't have to break his stride. I don't know if every QB hit that pass, or are supposed to hit that pass, but Edwards did it and it counts for 6 points. He also had a beautifull pass to Johnson that he couldn't hang on because of PI. The only pass that I didn't like was the one to Evans in the 1st half. What was ironic about that pass is that he should have checked down to McIntyre and he would have had an easy 1st down.
  9. And he's just warming up.............
  10. Consistency and continuity is key here, as Gailey said. Bell had a good 2010 debut, hopefully he can keep up, he has the talent. Green was a little shaky but it was also his debut.
  11. Chambers reached his ceilling and it's not enough to be even the primary back-up, IMO. He is a hard try guy but he has become a liability before and after the snap. I'd be suprised if he makes the final cut. I didn't like Green on that second series but as you said he was very solid on run plays. To his credit he manhandled his man on that TD to Lee. hopefully he finds his comfort zone and gets better with more minutes. Calloway might be beast but from all the TC reports I gathered he is not a very athetic guy. Maybe that is why he was moved to the inside initially. I'll rewatch the game again I didn't notice him last night (that might be a good thing though) Green is the starter for now. If he struggles badly it is a posibility to see Meredith there, who I think would be a better player there than at LT. I don't think he is athletic enough there. Having said that, this team can't afford injuries on the OL. The depth is either bad or unproven, most notably on the edge. Howard and Hennesy could be servicable back-ups to Levitre and Wood.
  12. Sorry brother, but if both Brohm and Ftiz could do that on a consistant basis they would be starting over Edwards and that is not the case.
  13. We have more talent than those early San Diego teams.
  14. Should there be a Johnson bashing? why? I don't understand this thread.
  15. Eventually Meredith will take Green's spot and that might be sooner rather than later, me thinks.
  16. I don't know about SB, but we certainly won't be picking 1st overall.
  17. where is the flag for hands to the helmet??????
  18. I don't know what to do or say, we scored a TD..............
  19. Kendal Simmons Mike Gandy
  20. Please watch the replay of that play, Howard doesn't sustain his block, gets beat inside, making it impossible for any QB to step up, plant and fire a pass that can cover 10 yards in the air. And this happens with Edwards and Fitz alike, they have to improvise because more often than not they don't have a clean pocket to step up. One improvises with his feet and the other with a dump-off. Hopefully Wood, Bell and Green can play on Thursday.
  21. To each their own. I was not happy about the game but things can only go up from there.
