Car crash outside Montreal (200 vehicles)
Mike in Horseheads replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Off the Wall Archives
I don't know the correct answer, was making light of the discussion. My condolences on your friends deaths. I blew a tire on I86 and was lucky to get to the shoulder. Got out of the Jeep and called AAA and got the hell behind the guardrail. Traffic sure moves a lot faster when your standing still. -

Maybe there should be a poll on here if you should stay in the vehicle or get out in interstate pileups. -
Anybody watching McMillion$ on HBO? Its about how the Monopoly Game that was scammed from 1989-2001 (if not watching). It's quite fascinating how the FBI worked on this. Only seen through episode 2/6 (a week behind) but good stuff.

@BringBackFergy.... Nice to see you venturing into the baseball world! Now you can mediate the dispute between @Beerball and @Gugny over the proposed baseball playoffs and rules changes. -

Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter · 1m Regarding CBA players vote on today. Rosters would increase to 48 players from 46 on gameday, with overall rosters going to 55 from 53; practice squads would increase to 14 players in 2022, and 12 this year, up from 10. Teams would be allowed to bring back 3 players from IR.

Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter · 36s NFL playoff structure is about to be changed. Under the current CBA proposal, seven teams from each conference will make the playoffs, with only bye per conference, sources tell ESPN. It would go into effect this upcoming season. More coming on http://ESPN.com. I'd rather go this route than a 17th game. Makes games a lot more important late in the season especially to get that 1st seed

NYup/Parrino Mock Draft - rawwwrr
Mike in Horseheads replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was thinking the same thing, fix the draft so you get get two guys you want. If we wanted a QB he'd picking Burrow, even though he won't be there. -

Proposal: New NFL Combine Tests/Drills
Mike in Horseheads replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
@BringBackFergy I think I would replace the bull push with trying to stop a car going 5mph if they succeed, then up the speed until it runs them over. This would test for strength but also recovery time from injuries. -

Bill Barnwell of ESPN has a Dominos Fall thing.

Serious question, what made Bill Barnwell ESPN's expert? He seems to throw a lot of shitz at the wall all season and hasn't been a liker of the Bills. -
Respect the hell out of you but "the state is broke" . They played a accounting game last year deferring Medicaid Payments to 4/1/19 (new fiscal year) and screwed NFP's by a week cash flow (CFO of one). The have the same issue this year. Following enactment of the New York State Budget for Fiscal Year 2020, the Enacted Budget Financial Plan for FY 2020 revealed a troubling action taken under the Medicaid program: the State deferred a payment, including $1.7 billion in State funds, that should have been made in March 2019.2 Instead of making the payment near the end of the month when it was due, the State delayed the payment by three days, shifting the disbursement from fiscal year 2019 into fiscal year 2020 in order to adhere to the program’s fiscal year 2019 budget and the State’s “Medicaid Global Cap.”3 This action was not a one-time event. The State deferred payments in previous years to remain within budgeted spending levels, but the magnitude of the latest occurrence is unprecedented and obscures the State’s fiscal standing and outlook.
