  1. The Raiders didn't want to pay Josh Jacobs. What makes you think they would trade for Cook, and then have to pay him, all while sending us back their best player?
  2. My heart says, "yes, let Tre come home." My head says, "no, there was a reason beyond the $$$ why we let him go in the first place."
  3. Every season is different. Some teams surprise. Some teams disappoint. They have a lot of work to do. The interior DL needs a makeover, we need a real pass rush threat at DE, we're in need of a starting CB, and an upgrade over Hamlin at S. Then we need to upgrade the WR corps. There's only so many draft picks that realistically make an impact, and somewhat limited resources in FA. I hope they don't go with the ole "run it back" approach again.
  4. Uhhh, 👋. I was actively campaigning for Leggette across this board for a few months prior to the draft. That was my guy. As far as the drops go this year? Yeah, he had some. As far as his overall production goes? Look at who was throwing the football. I believe he would have been better here, in this offense, with JA17 slinging him the rock. Who knows really. It's all hypothetical now. Leggette and Coleman are different types of receivers. You can compare the stats, but they are very different from one another on the field.
  5. Higgins will get paid at least DJ Moore $$$, and that's $27M. He could get more close to Aiyuk $$$ and that's $30M. He's coming off of 73 catches for 911 and 10 TD's in just 12 games. He's 6'4", 220lbs, has enough speed, good hands, and he just turned 26.
  6. He'll end up back in SF. He and McCaffrey can take turns on IR.
  7. Mike is REALLY cheap
  8. I know a RB who would look great in a Bills uni, and can likely be had in the 2nd (unless he completely obliterates the Combine, and that is possible).
  9. I'll pass on a $15M price tag for a RB. We can draft one of the many.
  10. I looked at the score every so often on ESPN, and I saw some videos as they were posted on social media. I didn't watch the first minute of the game.
  11. I agree with much of what GB saying here. The 3rd down % is the most troubling stat imo. Poyer and Hyde also had gone into decline, couple with being the walking wounded. This year they were replaced with Hamlin (not a starter on most teams) and the brittle Taylor Rapp. Daquan is also declining. And yes, I like Bernard and was tired of seeing Edmunds lost on the field also, but Bernard is small out there. Milano's body has begun to fail him. I think it is just a drop off in talent across the board, as well as age catching up with others, and multiple injuries to key players, not just the one that started Tre's exit from Buffalo. So many of these things tied in together and now it's obvious that the defense needs a lot of tweaking to get us where we want to be.
  12. Better game? Probably. The Ravens would have given them a better game as well. Our defense would have been shredded, though. I think we would have done better in TOP, but not sure how many points that would equate to.
  13. Worthy did absolutely NOTHING when the Eagles were ACTUALLY playing defense. He gets 150 yds and a couple TD's while Philly is playing the 13 seconds defense and people are swinging from his jock strap.
  14. This should only be allowed to be posted by @HOUSE
  15. The game has been over for quite some time now. The Eagles went into the 13 seconds defense about 10 minutes ago in the 4th.
  16. The Chiefs gameplan on defense didn't work out. They went all in on Barkley and Hurts did enough to win. The difference in the KC offense vs the Philly defense. This was a clinic.
  17. Tom Brady is still the GOAT. Patrick is in Troy Aikman territory. He's got three rings and this team is about to go through some changes. It's been a great run for the Chefs
  18. I've told people that Dallas should trade him. They can't pay everyone. He would also bring them a pretty good return in draft picks.
  19. I think the Jests are going full-blown rebuild mode. I expect Adams to be traded as well.
  20. Sports are sports. There is only one respective champion each year. It hasn't been us. The immediate disappointment of us not reaching that pinnacle is a bitter pill to swallow. It also is a sad moment, coming to the realization the Bills will not play a meaningful game again until September. Still love JA17. Still love the Bills. The offseason breeds more hope, especially when you have a generational talent at QB. Go Bills.
  21. 17 deserved this award. He has been the true embodiment of a Most Valuable Player for the better part of 5 years now. The Bills would be lost without him. Everything about him is class and humility. Love this guy. Go Bills!
  22. Says the boxscore, but we all saw the nose of the ball on the ground while he and Bishop were tied up. That's why I said "in all honesty" as a preface.
  23. It's not that serious my friend. Just a game.
  24. And 26 of those came on a play that wasn't even a catch. Dude is meh. He didn't send us home by any means. In all honesty, Juju really had more receiving yards than him.
