It was clear he wasn't 100% from Day 1 last season going back to that rib injury he initially suffered. The crazy thing is even with how good he looked as a rookie I think he still has so much more to offer and he is going to be an All Pro, when you see the lack of talent in this year's draft I think Whaley pulled the right move by trading this years first

Agreed, wanted to get season tickets this year but the lower level is completely sold out already which is where I prefer to sit. This means tickets on the black market will be going for 4-5 times more than face value(as long as the Bills don't completely **** the bed which I don't see happening this year). Don't get me wrong I will still attend a few games but realistically I won't be able to afford tickets to every home game this year and like I said if this season ends up being as exciting as its being hyped up to be I'm gonna wanna soak up every second of the atmosphere in Orchard Park. Ok great this is the answer I was looking for. I remember reading somewhere there's actually a group of regulars that prefer watching the games there than ever actually going inside the stadium

Since getting Bills tickets at a reasonable price isn't going to be a reality this year I'm trying to find a solid plan B for an exciting place to catch alot of the games. I've been to the Big Tree and its a great bar but I've never been there for a game. Anybody on here ever go there to watch the games? Seeing as its kind of a smaller place I'd be worried it would be too crowded and they don't have a ton of tv's

Of course it was a different era and a different time, I'm not sure to what level players nowadays can get away with compared to back then but your naïve if you think players don't enjoy going out for a cold one or two on their own personal time just as much as the rest of us

Monsoon and especially Bobby Heenan were greats too. Vince McMahon as a commentator is actually very underrated too. As silly as professional wrestling is, I was being dead serious when I brought up Jim Ross and you could throw in these other guys as well. Those guys were great at what they do, would love to hear them calling some football games

As for the downer itself, haven't been in a few years but last time I went I remember being surprised at how much the talent pool had fallen off from the frequent trips I used to make in my late teens, early 20's, thought it could've been an off night but then at some point a couple years later I heard somebody else make the same remark.

Willis was an amazing football player no doubt about it. Its tough in his case though because his career was cut short by his own choice versus suffering a career ending injury like Sharpe or Terrell Davis. I think not having the longevity does hurt his case, it becomes a debate when great players careers are cut short by circumstances they can't control, but that card can't be played in Willis' case.

I was thinking the same thing. Rex Ryan came here because he knew he'd have alot of new toys to play with on our defense. Can't picture the plan being to let alot of these pieces leave

I am almost always against aging Free Agents/Trades but in this case I would've been all for it if only we had a Quarterback. No he's not still in his prime but I think he could be a perfect compliment to our younger WR's....but with that said don't think its worth it considering we don't have our franchise guy under center yet.
