  1. Just another quick thing, i do think that there is a lot of talent at safety throughout the draft, but i think the only guy the Bills would want would be Darnell Bing in later rounds. Also i think that if the phone doesn't ring on draft day with somebody on the other end asking to trade with the Bills, we are more than likely going to be stuck drafting a guy like Huff or Bunkley with the #8. Mainly because i think that although it may be high to pick them at that point, i think they may be the only guys that Buffalo has a chance at drafting that will end up panning out.
  2. I would have to agree with you on the point about more pressing needs. I agree with you 100%, but Marv is rebuilding the team, and so i think if he sees a lot of talent in a guy like Michael Huff that he could depend on and a guy who would help build his defense and make a contribution this year, he would most certainly take him.
  3. First off, the one thing you guys are forgetting is that Ngata is not an every down player. At Oregon he rotated out very often and i am not sure if he has the stamina to play at the NFL level. Second off, Just because someone has the size does not mean that they can stuff the middle. If you want a run stuffer and a guy who can smell the ball in the running backs hands, and actually does something about it, you want Broderick Bunkley. THE GUY BROKE THE RECORD A FLORIDA STATE IN TACKLES FOR LOSS. We could trade down, get more picks, and still draft to fill the hole that is on our wish list. Third off, has anybody read Marv's book? He finds that the safety position is one of the most vital on the field and would be dying to draft another Henry Jones. Michael Huff will more than likely be our pick. Wish list for 1st round 1.Williams (Not going to be there) 2.Bunkley (See about trading down first) 3.Huff (Also see about trading down if possible) 4.Davis 5.Winston Justice (Once again, trade down. GET MORE PICKS)

  5. Good point, i don't think Moulds shares the limelight very well in Buffalo, imagine what it is going to be like when he tries stealing it from someone else in someone elses city. I think there will be a lot of bitching, it won't be publicized though.
  6. Well then, why don't we stop talking about it and keep this on the hush hush.
  7. Vince Young in his spare time 8=====D 8===D 8=
  8. What's the matter? Pissed off about the whole thing or just that some guy who doesn't have to shave yet is making up rumors?
  9. What the hell has this thread turned into? Everybody is more concerned with personal opinion and objective than facts.
  10. Bunkley or Huff. More than likely it will be Huff. Can anyone say Henry Jones.
  11. So you guys just want to dump JP Losman, a first round draft pick, after a half a season. That is absolutely the most retarded thing i have ever heard. The blame does not fall on you guys, but instead, it falls on Mike Mularkey for allowing the birth of this beast that is ripping this team apart. By beast i mean the JPL vs. KH quarterback controversey. Some of you guys can't think for yourselves. You hear what other people say and then you think you formulate a different opinion for different reasons, but it is trully all the same. So the kid had a couple bad games. But let's look at some stats of some quarterbacks that did poorly their first year, and may or may not have turned into some of the best in the league. JP Losman Year Team G GS Att Comp Pct Yards YPA Lg TD Int Tkld 20+ 40+ Rate 2005 Buffalo 9 8 228 113 49.6 1340 5.88 58 8 8 26/197 15 6 64.9 Donovan McNabb: Year Team G GS Att Comp Pct Yards YPA Lg TD Int Tkld 20+ 40+ Rate 1999 Philadelphia 12 6 216 106 49.1 948 4.39 63 8 7 28/204 7 1 60.1 More games than Losman started, but still made it to the NFC Championship what, four years in a row, including a Super Bowl? Trent Green Year Team G GS Att Comp Pct Yards YPA Lg TD Int Tkld 20+ 40+ Rate 2001 Kansas City 16 16 523 296 56.6 3783 7.23 67 17 24 39/198 51 12 71.1 This was the first year Green started all 16 games for his team, he was old and his numbers are better than Losman's. Losman has not started 16 games in a season, played against harder teams than Holcumb, and before this, Green's numbers are terrible. Trent Dilfer Year Team G GS Att Comp Pct Yards YPA Lg TD Int Tkld 20+ 40+ Rate 1995 Tampa Bay 16 16 415 224 54.0 2774 6.68 64 4 18 47/331 38 4 60.1 1996 Tampa Bay 16 16 482 267 55.4 2859 5.93 45 12 19 28/207 32 2 64.8 These are Dilfer's first two full season's in the league. Not too many people think of Trent Dilfer as a great or even a good quarterback, but then i must ask you, How many Super Bowl rings do you or Peyton Manning have? John Elway Year TM | G | Comp Att PCT YD Y/A TD INT 1983 den 11 123 259 47.5 1663 6.4 7 14 More games than Losman started......and worse than Losman. I think he turned out pretty well though. The bottom line is that those of you who are condemning JP Losman to the Hall of Suck already are complete and total retards. I'm sorry, but i had to say it. You know what, i didn't hear any of you guys bitching about Losman after the preseason game against Denver two years ago. I didn't hear you guys after the Texans game this year. Today with the news of Losman being "put on the trade block", makes me ashamed to be a Bills fan. The fact that we have grown so impatient and just like New York fans is what is the true cancer, and that is why we can't win anything. You guys want to win so badly, i taste it too, that instead of going out to the middle of the pond to catch the big fish (the Super Bowl), you guys stay on the docks and catch minnows (Jet games and other games against teams that suck).
  12. This is based on the fact that McGahee does not look that excited to be in Buffalo. I think if he had the chance to leave for another team down in Florida, he would. He lives down there, warm weather, his family lives there, and his friends live there. I think he would leave. Just an opinion but i think he wold leave.
  13. I think if this team is going to end up being anything, more than likely it will be without Willis McGahee. I think he is flocking for the free agent waters as soon as his contract is up, and they will carry him to a warm place.
  14. It is in the good spirits of Bills fans that we always are optimistic about the upcoming season, but this year i have to be honest. I think the team is going to struggle to reach over 5 wins. I think a new system, an inexperienced quarterback, a less than par o-line and a d-line that showed little last year, is going to make it difficult to be good this year. I think that the draft will contribute to the team but not enough to make a significant difference instantly.
  15. So you guys actually think that it will take the Bills 2 more years to be good, and you think that with the frustration of people on this board a guy like Losman will still be on the team?
  16. Oh okay i gotcha now, the older veterans that will grow old and become the gentlemen on social security in a few years.
  17. So wait are you saying that we may lose Coy Wire or god forbid another guy like Justin Bannan. HAHAHA. Not high profile but solid players, so guys like Sam Aiken, Mario Haggan, Josh Stamer, and possibly Jason Peters?
  18. Well lets also consider free agency losses and stuff like that as well.
  19. I don't know where i got the idea of this, but it seemed like one of those things that you come to as the result of an epiphany. I don't know, i thought it would be interesting to see who you guys think will still be around when Buffalo finally climbs over .500 or even makes the playoffs.
  20. Trade Moulds to Green Bay because Walker has upside, not to mention, Moulds would be out of the AFC which would be the best scenario possible.
  21. If you think about it Javon Walker never held out. Although he threatened to, he showed up to opening day at camp, after Brett Favre publicly humiliated him, which already makes him a bigger man than some of the people in the league. I imagine a lot of Walker's "hootin and hollerin'" was all part DR's game last year. As to the whole ACL tear, there is no telling. That's why you acquire someone like Walker and give him a little taste of the pie. Get him motivated and make him think that if he performs well, he will get paid. If he performs well, you pay him. If he does not, give him another year of incentive laden contracts. He's young, from FSU, and certainly ripped up defensive secondaries.
  22. Anybody thinking that we may have the ability to trade up with a team like Green Bay. Although i doubt this would happen I think Green Bay would be a perfect fit for Moulds mainly because Javon Walker may not be back to 100% this year. Could a possible flip flop of first round picks be on the table? I don't know, i've been up for three days drinking in celebration of St. Patricks Day and it's just a theory off the top of my head. This trade would put us in position for Mario Williams, and we all know that Marv knows the impact of a Bruce Smith. Just some food for thought.
  23. I like the possible addition of Morris based on the fact that i have kept an eye on him while he was in Seattle. He hits the hole quickly and doesn't dance before he gets there. He is the north-south runner Antwain Smith was supposed to be, we should just not get Bishop Harris to "f" this one up for us too.
