Technically, if you're working under the 25th Amendment, then I guess it isn't, since the government is the Constitution and not the guy in the White House. But you can also put together a decent case that McCabe's intent was specifically directed against the man, and not in support of Constitutional government... I don't think that's a case anyone would want to see tried. No good result would come of it, either way it was decided.

I'm sure now that Amazon isn't coming to Queens, they'll have a much better chance of fixing the crumbling infrastructure. And I'm seeing plenty of people calling the loss of 25,000 jobs in the area a "win for labor activists."
