    We are not there. We are really not there. We were a good defense garbage offense .500 team. That makes us a little better than 6-10 misery, but still middling overall in the NFL.

    The Redskins BS. It's their team name. It's not racist. It's never been racist. The term has never been used a pejorative for Indians. It was originated as an honoring of the Indian dominated team at the franchise's inception. The name represents tradition that's to be respected. The PC police need to STFU.

    This...actually, I'll extend that to all rules changes that are designed to punish the defense. Every hard hit is now a flag. The QB is practically given punter/kicker contact rules now. All touching of receivers, no matter how incidental, is an illegal use of the hands penalty. As Marv Levy would say, the league is now an epidemic of over-officious jerks.

    So, you're saying you think Tebow was given a raw deal, too? After all, he had a better QBR and record than EJ, plus rushed for a ton more yardage, had 29 TDs to EJ's 19 AND won a playoff game. Good. We agree on something. Better to give Tebow a shot than Manuel.

    I predicted 6-10 in preseason, so 8-8 was a bit better than I figured thanks to the surprisingly stout defense. In the end, though, it's the same old crap different year. No playoffs and blah, blah, blah.... That said, I give the team a pass this season because of the joy in knowing the Bills won't be leaving Buffalo thanks to T-Peg.
