  1. I have two questions. 1) You could see that? 2) Why were you looking in the first place?
  2. QB gets concussed, the season goes down the drain.... Where have I heard that one before?
  3. So, after a nice long chat about the Bills/Dolphins rivalry by Lee Evans, someone busted Thurm's chops about jumping to the Fins at the end of his career. At least, that's where my money is. If Thurm can't take it, he shouldn't have sold his soul and went to the other side!
  4. Oh, please. As has been stated before, but I somehow have the desire to reiterate... a) its the Dolphins b) 38 - 10 c) they were calling timeouts d) its the Dolphins
  5. You know this as fact? Why do you waste so much time on a message board of a team that you so blatantly hate? I mean, calling fans of the team "fools"? You are much more suited to being a Pats fan, IMO.
  6. No doubt. It was so nice to see an actual pocket for the QB to throw from, too.
  7. I believe that Perry was a DB when he played, and started his professional coaching career as a DB coach. Isn't this the same path that DJ took? Someone correct me if I'm wrong... not that you need that invitation!
  8. Good job, PTR. I didn't understand why you called out the OP, originally. It was a well thought out, appropriate post (on par for Kelly's posts). You took some heat for it, realized your mistake, and owned up to it. It would be so refreshing if the board was full of people who would take the pride hit with posts like this. Instead, it seems the board is full of the opposite type...
  9. If you go to court, you can always hope the cop doesn't show. If he doesn't, your case should be dismissed. If he does, plead guilty and ask the judge for a withhold of adjudication (no points). In Florida, they typically accomodate you with this - depending on your driving record, of course. And, Jerry, cops don't suck!
  10. Would you rather have been pinned deep by a punt, or had a decent chance at starting the drive at the 41 yard line? I think Dick made the right call.
  11. Actually, I think he compared Bruce's relative suckitude in his rookie year (to the rest of his career). Thus, he drew the comparison that a group of ignorant, loudmouthed fans would have, no doubt, called for the FOs head in that instance. Therefore, maybe we should just wait a bit before we go out on a limb and say so and so is a bust. Seems pretty logical to me... ....Now, back to your regularly scheduled second guessing.
  12. Thanks for highjacking my thread for pixie links... Ray MFing Finkle!
  13. I'll take that! Lets see, if you are wrong you are gone forever. If you are right, you will...still be here to run your trap about how you were right?
  14. By watching the newest video on BB.com, it looks like Trent has a new noggin protector - one of those new fangled ones you see in college FB a lot, now. I'm glad to see he finally did this. It seems like it should be some type of requirement after the 1st concussion to get a helmet that minimizes force to the brain in collisions. Also, looks like we are going throwback against the Titans again? At least the Bills with look good on the field with respect to the uniforms...
  15. Your thread title makes no sense. Can you clarify?
  16. Dude, Trent has gotten some cheesy roughing the passer calls this year... THIS was the one where it should have been called! How can anyone look at that hit objectively and say that it wasn't a RTP penalty is beyond me. Bending the QB backwards, while twisting his head sideways, and slamming him to the turf with your entire bodyweight? I could have sworn that his head pummeled the turf, too...but, I haven't seen too many replays so I'll defer to you on that one Chimpo.
  17. Yeah, I was thinking about that. We are two plays away from a 4-2 record. Like the old saying goes, things are never as bad as they look and never as good as they seem. When all heck is breaking loose on TSW, its nice to remember that. BTW - I like your optimism! I don't understand why all the negative nancies around here even follow the Bills.
  18. He grabbed the jersey of the receiver, altering his route, which allowed the interception. That was most-assuredly a good illegal contact call!
  19. Simple. We won the opening coin flip and deferred the option for the second half. The Jets now get the choice of receiving or wind. They chose receiving. We chose wind in the first quarter (presumably to get momentum at the start of the game). After halftime, we now have the choice to take the ball or the wind. Obviously, we choose to take the ball. Jets choose wind, and get the wind for the 4th quarter. After halftime, Jauron could have chosen to kick off to the Jets and taken the wind. That would have been a stupid decision, IMO, and should only be used under extreme circumstances (like the NE game last year). Make sense?
