  1. Dont let yourself miss out on some good analysis over something so petty. JT isnt wrong. The pass probably should have gone to Brown. And for novices like us, I appreciate the breakdown because my amateur eyes would never have picked that up. This is much more similar to how Daboll/Josh will break down the film. And it is that kind of insight I am looking for, as opposed to the absolute idiots they have on ESPN who do nothing but ball-wash the Cowboys. I havent watched the hour+ breakdown from Cover1 this week yet, but I bet they point out similar things. It isnt a major knock on Josh, just constructive criticism.
  2. DrD hates Russ. DrD loves Elaine.
  3. Point is, if he had the benefit of today's perspective, he might have coaches who were willing to rebuild the offense completely just for him (Jackson), or a team who was willing to bring in a college offense coach (Murray). He may still have sucked, but we'll never know what could have been with a real chance and a full team support. Bums me out because he was so fun to watch in college. Probably the best college player I've watched with my own two eyes (considering I didnt really start watching college ball until about 2003).
  4. I normally really like Russell Wilson as a player. But this year so far, he has been up against Josh in these types of weekly votes, and now is already getting MVP hype which should be Josh's. Gonna start "hating" Russ pretty quick over here.
  5. That was his younger brother, Matt Simms. Chris was already well out of the league, and even through a coaching stint by 2015. But good call on some trivia either way. I forgot any Simms was ever on the team.
  6. Making reads, going through his progressions, throwing with anticipation... with accuracy. Guys, we made it.
  7. I keep telling myself "At least we're not the 49ers. At least we're not the 49ers. At least we're not the 49ers. At least we're not the 49ers...."
  8. The view of the pass from the end zone out to Diggs up the right side is absolutely amazing. I believe it's at 5:40 in the vid.
  9. I assume every team has a handful of players getting these shots every week. To hear past players talk about it, it is pretty standard. But typically it's in a knee or arm, not the chest, and not with an accidental lung puncture! Yikes!
  10. I dont think it's any ill will at all, but I imagine there is always a little bit more edge when going back to old teams.
  11. My biggest fear this week isnt Aaron Donald. It's Bob Woods. Dude is a killer and I know he'll be a little extra motivated coming back to Buffalo.
  12. I like our chances!
  13. To expand on this, I like our coordinators better than theirs. I'll take Daboll and Frazier over *checks notes* Kevin O'Connell and Brandon Staley.
  14. Nursing some burns he received last week, should be good for Sunday tho
  15. Ok, then come back to the board in 6 weeks when that is relevant.
  16. IMO, this week comes down to HC vs HC. In 2017 the two hottest coaching candidates were Sean McD and Sean McV. Sean McD, the cultural guru with a defensive background Sean McV, the offensive hot rod Teams look pretty evenly matched on paper. Let's see who out-prepares and out-maneuvers who. There can be only ONE SEAN MC
  17. @The Wiz already got me on that one! Not that there is anything wrong with that.
  18. And then when #25 is whining about it on the way back to the LOS, Dion tells him "Just tell him 'Good play'" 🤣
  19. Great job, as usual. Love the Fitz shout-out at the end.
  20. 2:00 - The McKenzie YAC... Brian Baldinger pointed this out in his breakdown, and it's even clearer here. He pointed out how the rest of the Bills were running and still blocking for McKenzie all the way downfield. You see it here when Singletary comes in and BLOWS UP a guy (#25).
  21. So glad we have him locked up long term. He has that perfect attitude. Funny without being annoying or obnoxious, and fiercely intense when it's time to go to work. Cares about players on BOTH sides of the ball.
