  1. why is the bflo news talking like the bills said he will never play here again? i realize not tendering him makes it a lot less likely he would return but that doesnt mean the door is closed, the bills can still negotiate with him
  2. given how light this team is at wr the staff wouldnt take nelsons situation casually. they obviously dont see enough in either his game and/or his recovery to think he is worth the third round tender at this time. sure, they get that pick if somebody else signs him, but if not then they are required to invest the amount of the tender. they have decided to roll the dice and see if they can sign him at a lower price and if not so be it like ive said, im mildly surprised they dont see him as good enough to use the tender but im pretty confident they must have a good reason. this staff doesnt strike me as that kind of moobs-like organization
  3. the palestinian bomber!
  4. hey getting points aint so bad. then again, my points are for a good cause - civil disobedience. kinda like mlk getting thrown in prison. when large numbers of people are wrong, like the well intentioned but still wrong moderators here, you gotta do something to shake the people up. those kinda points earned in good conscience are a badge of honor but yeah i wouldnt encourage calling individual people names. except of course wondering if retard gas is present
  5. nice to meet you. is it all right if i take a pic to tape to the back of my wifes head
  6. which is almost always the wrong move. time after time after time you hear about guys who go on the offensive and something bad happens. life isnt a die hard movie, retreat is almost always the right choice. granted if youre cornered then yeah do what you gotta do. but macho man attitudes in those situations are really more darwinistic than smart
  7. exactly what part of deal wid it do you guys not understand
  8. whats that black guy doing in there
  9. fwiw, reports are that marrone will be running the wco, and if thats the case fitz could have a resurgence in that system. quick reads, get the ball out, short passes, seems ideally suited to his game and his limitations hey it could happen
  10. has someone been pumping retard gas into this forum again? for his career kelsay is a bonafide nfl starting defensive end. hes getting long in the tooth now and like most bonafide starters at this stage he gets fewer reps than he used to but is still in the primary rotation, at least he was as of last season. he isnt/wasnt great but he is good and would have started on half the teams in the nfl during his prime, still might for a needy team nelson will never have half the career kelsay had. granted, kelsay makes more money, and got one contract that was too big (tho not outrageously so) for his value, but still to portray him like some kind of scrub nobody is absurd. nelson would be lucky to have kelsays level of contribution in this league and to not see that is exactly the kind of irrational hate thats been cast on him for a while now. deal wid it without any confirmation from the bills or nelson himself its looking more and more like that report was erroneous
  11. the comparison was historical, not just for the current situation. for this season yeah id say kelsay could easily be released for a younger player due to his age and salary. but the irrational kelsay hate has been around for a long time. futher, he is a bonafide starter who would get snatched up and either start or be in a primary rotation for several teams even if he is released now. nelson has no chance being a real wr2. i will be slightly puzzled if they really do just let nelson walk, but to not see the irony between his and kelsays situation when it comes to fan perspective is, well, ironic
  12. didnt think they had a chance against the commie bastards so didnt watch. watched it on the replay and recall how boring a game it seemed after all that hooplah in the press. did watch the gold game, thought theyd lose that one just to mess with our heads unless youre a commie bastard
  13. um mcfly the issue isnt the intruders safety its the householders safety. i cant believe i have to explain this but what is safer, moving toward an intruder or moving away from one. if you look at the layout of his bedroom the safest approach for him by far was to simply leave the room. if he really thought his gf was in bed he had nothing to gain by moving toward the intruder i realize the macho man pea brain thinks its cool to be rambo when you dont have to be, but if you want your genes to propagate i suggest a less redneck approach. on second thought, no youre right, run right into that bathroom and get that mfer um mcfly the issue isnt the intruders safety its the householders safety. i cant believe i have to explain this but what is safer, moving toward an intruder or moving away from one. if you look at the layout of his bedroom the safest approach for him by far was to simply leave the room. if he really thought his gf was in bed he had nothing to gain by moving toward the intruder i realize the macho man pea brain thinks its cool to be rambo when you dont have to be, but if you want your genes to propagate i suggest a less redneck approach. on second thought, no youre right, run right into that bathroom and get that mfer no idea why that double posted
  14. plus the fact that theyve been watching film pretty much nonstop since they were hired, thus i assumed they had already taken existing personnel into account when working on the playbook
  15. meh. im still concerned that most of the assistants are primarily college coaches or guys with unimpressive nfl resumes. im not sure familiarity means much if the systems dont have nfl sophistication. its safer to assume the defensive side will be ready, but offensively its a big crap shoot that what marrone and his pimply faced coordinator did in college will work here
  16. well i realize sa is a very dangerous place. i also read that there were contractors working on his house and he thought they may have left the ladder near his bathroom window. so the assumption of a dangerous intruder is not at all implausible i still dont understand why he would go all the way down the hall, turn into his doorless bathroom, and then just open fire through the door to the toilet. the exit to his bedroom is right next to his bed on the opposite side of the hall to the toilet, he could have grabbed his gun, his cell, and his girl and left the danger spot completely. after calling the cops he could have continued to retreat or yelled a warning 'cops on way, ive got a gun, and ill blow your fkg head off if you dont leave now' i suppose he could have been disoriented from just waking up but you figure that would dissipate quickly while he was grabbing his gun and stumping down the hall to shoot somebody. at the very least, he must have wanted to shoot somebody since he didnt make the choice to retreat. unless he thought maybe his gf was in the bathroom and in danger, which destroys his own story that he thought she was still in bed i want to give the guy the benefit of the doubt but its hard to see his story lininug up properly for multiple reasons. then you consider there is evidence he aggressively threatened guys he thought were too chummy with his other gfs, and that he was juicing, and it sounds much more likely it was just another case of a macho guy wanting all the bitches he can get and getting furious when his bottom B word doesnt comply with his orders dude had everything except his legs, and id cut mine off right now if i could get that kind of dough and that kind of chick
  17. i dont usually get caught up in how hot this or that woman is, but that is probably the most physically beautiful girl ive ever seen in my life idk what really happened but what kind of retard just opens fire on an unseen person behind a door? ive never been in that situation but id like to think id have at least enough presence of mind to either leave the room or at least shout a warning before filling an unseen room full of bullets
  18. guests who drank the water complained of being hungry a half hour later
  19. wow that was before oj was a murderer ... sniff they grow down so fast
  20. well i think it was a dynasty, just one that never completed the sale. its going to be many decades until somebody goes to four straight and that counts for more than something. still it sure was unfinished bidness. if i ever get the chance to have a cocktail with jim or thurmal i swear im gonna ask them if they regret partying like frat boys all those saturdays
  21. for some not so strange reason watching this makes me wanna cry
