Joey B steps up once again.
Meathead replied to Keukasmallies's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
my handgun instructor (a staunch republican) told me exactly the same thing. he said if i was getting a handgun for home protection i was far better off just getting a shotgun. he said you are NINE times MORE LIKELY to be injured by your own handgun than you will ever use it for actual protection. he also said when using a handgun for defense you are highly likely to miss your target even if you fire multiple rounds and even from relatively close range so really those complaining about joes good advice are really just using this issue to say they hate democrats. i wish they would just come out and say that instead of muddying the waters on this important issue with empty partisan bullsh -

My best shot at the Bills Offseason
Meathead replied to ....lybob's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
fitz is going to win the qb comp. im not sure thats a good thing or not but its just the way it is. chances are good either thru injury or shakey play that he gives way to tjax at some point early on - which wont be a great thing bc he wont be an upgrade. around mid-season the rook will get his shot and probably ride the starting job through another lost season. maybe that will pay off next year, maybe it wont. go to the duty free store now to stock up on liquor and just ride it out -

* Eight men cut hole in security fence and burst through in fake police cars * Gang were armed with machine guns, but seized gems without firing a shot * Robbers sped off through same gap in fence just a few minutes later By John Stevens 19 February 2013 The plane waiting to take off was filled with passengers and had £32million worth of diamonds in the hold. Three minutes later the gems were gone – all the time it needed for a gang of robbers armed with machine guns to force their way in, seize them and escape. Not a shot was fired and the passengers were apparently unaware of the drama until their flight was cancelled minutes later. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2280974/Diamond-heist-Robbers-steal-32m-worth-precious-stones-Brussels-Airport.html#ixzz2LPkbtKdY ok im very non-violent, would never steal from anybody, and i dont condone this heist whatsoever but thats still pretty fkn cool

well i guess my memory isnt entirely correct but thanks for the clarification i suppose that means chris watson gets the dubious distinction of having two awards, assuming we do go with a long snapper and kick returner -

yeah this seems to confirm my recollection that watson was added bc the previous returner was so bad. but i still dont know who that prior returner was bc this article only deals with the 2000's http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2010/6/2/1496171/buffalo-bills-2000s-all-decade -
MSNBC airing a documentary called "Hubris"

i was a little disappointed. i expected there to be some new information but it was stuff i had already seen before. i suppose that shouldnt be surprising since ive paid close attention on that subject, but it would have been more interesting to me to see something new besides the not so original added commentary still, i think its very good that it be rebroadcast like that, if for no other reason that we dont forget how irresponsible and full of lies that administration was. definitely easily the worst of my lifetime. i just wish they had been more blunt in their condemnation, but i suppose that was supposed to be obvious in the material itself edit: perhaps i missed it (was distracted for a few moments) but what i didnt see was the reports that there were fbi agents desperately trying to stop the pres/vp from reporting on the yellowcake because they knew it was false information. i recall seeing reports that they had sent detailed documents to the oval office that gave specific evidence that the yellowcake story was a fabrication, and the wh simply ignored those reports -

ive been trying to avoid adding too many positions in fear of making this an endless exercise, but i do like the idea of adding someone named dangerous dan mcgrew i dont know anything about max anderson so i cant comment on him, but i would think most fans would remember the watson as punt catcher fiasco. but wasnt watson given the job bc he replaced a guy that fumbled/muffed punts a lot? if so does anybody remember who that was? -
link or it didnt happen

This season may be a waste just like previous ones.
Meathead replied to Kellyto83TD's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
if it was an established nfl hc i would feel a ton more confident that they might be able to make a run at the playoffs. marrone might end up being good but i just dont see how he isnt going to struggle mightily early on. for every jim harbaugh there are at least twenty mike mularkeys. the defense will probably be pretty good but without a premier qb i think the offense takes a big step back in a new system. hope im wrong -

ok mack, tell us the story of why you were kicking so much in 1962/3 and why you went 50% on kicks from 50+ yards in 1960 but never tried one again after that -
