  1. Come on! Most teams have more injuries than we do. Look at the Pats dammit. They're decimated and still better than we are. They're a shell of what they were last year due to injuries. We lose three players, Spikes, Williams, and Jennings with minor injuries to some others and we have injury issues? Let's get real. You're spoiled. We've had so few injuries that normal amounts make you think we're suffering an epidemic. The only player from an injury perspective that may have made that kind of difference to the point where we get spanked each week is Spikes and even his absence shouldn't do that. Let's see how we do vs. the Fins who are without Zach Thomas. As to luck, we've gotten some calls this year and lost some. Luck has nothing to do with the mess we're in.
  2. A few more moves like last year and we'll be the university of Miami.
  3. It gets a little freakin' old hearin' about how TD is responsible for a full stadium. What the hell's he done to sell seats? What? Hell, if this team could simply win four more games each season the stadium would be damned full. It's the fans buying the tickets not damned Donadhoe puitting them on the market. He's added absolutely no value other than on paper. That sells for a while until people find out the truth, which is about......NOW! After that anyone buying seasons or single game tickets next year in a season where we're expected to win five or six games can feel free to do so. Hell, wanna support the team, just send them a few thousand bucks for nothing. That'll do it too. That's all we're getting anyway. I think the negatives outweigh the positives. This thing about Donahoe sellling out the stadium is hogwash. The fans do it, nto TD. We don't need him, he needs us!
  4. So, Detroit in the NFC, us in the AFC. Great then!
  5. I will honestly say this, that I think any top high school coach could do a better job.
  6. A novel concept, eh. LOL Yeah, imagine.
  7. Oh yeah, and from another thread: Pat Williams was asked if he had an explanation for Buffalo's decision to allow him to hit the free-agent market after last season. "They are dumb," he said. "That's all I can say. They are dumb as can be up there." Stuff like this gets around the league pretty quickly. While Williams wasn't worth the money he got, his assessment is dead on.
  8. Says who? He's OK, but not great no matter how you slice it. He's overpaid for what he gives. TD's pissed off Henry, Travis Brown, and several other players, a S if I remember correctly and one or two more. Now Moulds is pissed. So is Adams. Who knows who else is. Edwards is a free agent. Why would he want to come back. Hell, why would anyone want to come here now with a team, GM, and coach that only seem to piss players off? What, because they can win the Super Bowl here? Right. This team doesn't know what they're doing. If you're a top employer, like Wegmans for example, then you can afford to be picky. But when working for you is pure drudgery, then you have to make some compromises.
  9. How about moving TD to ESPN and MM to the unemployment line!
  10. LOL No one gets the joke. I'll help ya out, he thinks most fans truly bought his five years of manure because of those on the boards. Sadly, it's probably true. He probably thinks that a few squeaky wheels calling everyone that didn't think he was a genius a moron were a representative cross section of Bills fans.

  12. Yeah, he did a great job helping with McCareins, Michael Jenkins, Donte Stallworth, Doug Gabriel and Deion Branch for the go-ahead TD in that game. I'm thinking that Smith is somewhat better than those receivers. Could be me though.
  13. With the number of decisions that a GM makes all GMs make "some good choices" entirely by accident. The question is where has the process left the team at the end of the day.
  14. Gates could be the best TE ever if he keeps up his pace.
  15. Yeah, but Willis didn't consistently have 7, 8, or 9 guys on the line opposite him!
  16. Could be goodbye Mr. Mularkey
  17. Save some for after the game.
  18. And we'll leave our five best blockers in. LOL
  19. Boy, that's a real headscratcher, huh? Let's see if anyone here can figure out why.
  20. What I've noticed is how message board people seem to think their team can make the playoffs when they suck and would appear to be satisfied with a simply playoff appearance even if everyone in their division finished 5-11 and they could take their division at 6-10.
  21. I have a question. Let's just suppose for a second that the pats go 3-5 the rest of the way. Let's suppose that due to injuries or other things we can make the playoffs by finishing 5-3 ending up 8-8. Why would that make anyone happy? As true fans, would we be satisfied with that given that we would likely get our butts kicked in the first round of the playoffs, especially if it was vs. the Steelers and their backups.
  22. One way or another it all boils down to people all carring about themselves first before they care about anyone else including children or family members, forget people they don't know.
  23. I'm more curious when the crap is gonna start running out of his ears! It's gotta be pretty damn full and just about up to his eyeballs. It shouldn't be long. There are a lot of other writers that are at least as hard on the Bills as Sully is.
  24. Vikes had a pretty good one before McKinney too. The Bills hasn't been good. At least not consistently.
