  1. Can't see Bills taking QB with their 1st round pick. Could definitely see us trading out of #19 if Lynch is still available.
  2. Wonder if the extra 4th means Bills cut Carpenter. Makes it easier to pull the trigger on Aguayo.
  3. I agree. Just wondering what everyone else thought, because I could see Denver making a run at Tyrod. He's similar but better than Kaepernick, better intangibles, and much cheaper. Thought I saw something where Elway was interested in Tyrod last year but Bills offered him better chance to start.
  4. If Denver offered 1st and 2nd rounder for Tyrod, would Whaley consider it?
  5. Someone will pay Fitz. Without decent QB play, Jets/Broncos/Rams are going nowhere. He's head-and-shoulders better than anyone available. Do the Jets win more than 4 games with Geno last year?
  6. Would love to see Incognito pull on a few running plays and pancake that prima Donna.
  7. Evans and Incognito equals fully pregnant.
  8. However it got out, the Atlanta coach deserved to be shamed for asking that question. Doubt Apple's draft stock is effected at all by this.
  9. Can't see anybody giving a 31 year-old malcontent on his 3rd team a big contract. Maybe Schwartz would vouch for him if he gets a head coaching gig, but I think Mario is gonna be pretty humbled by the offers he gets.
  10. Geno is EJ-bad. Fitz has his limitations, but after you get past the top 15-16 QB's, you can certainly do worse than Fitz as your QB. After Brady, Ben, Eli, Rodgers, Cam, Romo, Palmer, Dalton, Wilson, Flacco, Rivers, Luck, Carr, Brees, Ryan, Winston, I'd put Fitz near the top of the next tier - Bradford, Foles, Tannehill, McCown, Alex Smith, Mariota, Bortles, TJ Yates/Hoyer, Kaepernick, TT, Cousins, Stafford, Bridgewater, Cutler. Alex Smith and Stafford are only 2 in the next tier I'd clearly want over Fitz if I needed to win a game right now.
  11. Mario's play that led to TD at end of 1st half reminded me of Stevie's improv against the Chiefs that blew the game. Given Rex's Reaction, in my opinion Mario is gone this offseason. Guy doesn't seem like a Rex all-in type of guy. Give Mario's money to Wilkerson.
  12. Our corners are really good. Give Mario's money to Wilkerson.
  13. Play where Geno got blown up running down sideline instead of stepping out of bounds was vintage EJ from the Cleveland game his rookie year. NFL game moves way too fast for both of them.
  14. Game is too fast for him. One thing to be calm and cool. Another thing to be a deer in headlights. Not sure you can do anything to improve that. So many bad QB's in NFL though that he probably hangs around league as backup for at least another 5 years.
  15. The Pass Interference should've been 4th down. There was no false start the previous play. Jags LT was only Lineman that moved on Center snap. Refs got that wrong too. Hughes sack should've counted. At least that one was easier to understand how they got wrong.
  16. Total team loss. EJ is bad. Rex and his coaching staff were worse.
  17. Since he's such a flaming d-bag, thinking the courtroom sketch needs to get incorporated into a Brady sign. 'Ugg for Men: Don't Hate Me Because I'm Beautiful' underneath the courtroom sketch.
  18. Highly entertaining game. Eagles had Falcons on the ropes.
  19. Unbelievable how conservative NFL coaches get at the end of games.
  20. Atlanta's defense is cooked. Can almost chalk up a TD for philly here.
  21. Nope. Never happens. Message board genius told me so.
  22. Uncanny how much Darby has been targeted since the 1st preseason game. Teams don't typically gameplan much in the preseason and it's not like Gilmore, although good, is Revis on the other side. Almost like Rex asked the other team to pick on him early and often. Given the results, can't see how you start Darby in week 1. Clearly not ready.
  23. Gotta keep all 3 QB's. Taylor deserves to start but doubt he holds up all 16 games. Cassel is a steady, top flight backup QB, and EJ is much needed insurance in case of Taylor injury or his good play not carrying over to regular season.
  24. I'd guess Bills total costs are not much more than $200m considering the county and state pick up most of the costs of operating the stadium with Bills paying very little in rent. Left with basically player, coach, and admin salaries. I'd guess Bills pull in around $8m per home game in tickets, parking, concessions, merchandise. So $227m revenue sharing basically covers all the team's expenses with all the gameday revenue as profit ($8m times 8 home games plus 2 pre-season games probably gets you to $70m). Doesn't sound like NFL owners pay much if any taxes on that profit either. Not a bad racket. Owning Bills is like owning a tax free AAA-rated bond that pays 5% per year and appreciates in value. Not gonna find many better ways to invest $1.4 billion.
