Actually times haven’t changed that much at all. Guys like Alonzo, Burfict, Gronkowski and this scumbag today continue to head hunt and what’s the impact? 15 yards and maybe few bucks relative to earnings? Some guys just want to injure other players, and for all the league posturing on making the game safer, the league saw this play as a borderline hit. According to some of the guys who play the game, the rules slide one way or the other on shots like this. Player safety is vitally important for for some players.

I give him an F for content, but upgraded him to an A for brutality when torturing Mr. Gibson with a battery charger and nipple clips in the movie. 5. DC Tom has abandoned idiot for nitwit. I'm not sure how I feel about this, so I have given him an incomplete grade. 6. DR received a nomination for an Emmy. Awesome!

Honestly, results matter. Like JA, Mayfield is not a finished product. We got your classic NFL hype after Mayfield came in last year and won games. They added weapons, more hype. He hasn't delivered yet, so in that sense he is overrated. He may end up winning 5 SBs but who knows? They may end up running the table this year, or catch fire late and gets on a roll. For now, he is what he is.

Thanks for the post! I have really come to dislike these sorts of articles. Emotionally overwrought, a deep dive into the psyche of the man, and some weird iteration of the courage it took to walk away while other players question his heart. He played competitive football at a high level for a long time. He surely knew the impact of the quit mid-game, left his coaching staff wondering if he was taking a breather or hurt, surely in the moment they wouldn't think he was quitting. I'd have no issue with the guy quitting in camp, quitting mid week, quitting at the end of the tough game. At least, no more "you couldn't have done it before or during training camp to allow the team to adjust?". My favorite part is the writer's assertion that the Bills "demanded" money back on the contract he didnt fulfill and how he didn't even care to fight it. How magnanimous of him. I agree. Why just the other day, I visited the local library to read up on the Great Pyramids. I accessed the Dewey Decimal Clasification system to get a general idea of where to look, walked over to the section and discovered many, many books on the pyramids. Big books, small books, some with pictures, some with none, and some were about pyramids that weren't even in Egypt. I went to the front desk and spoke with the librarian, a mousey lady with her hair in a bun and glasses that seemed too large for her face, and I asked her: "What's with all the books on pyramids? Do you people really expect me to read through all of these? It's a glorified triangle!!". She told me to be stop talking so loud and get a book or not, made no difference to her. Honestly, I liked her sass and the more I looked, the more I realized she maybe had a little something going on behind all the layers so I asked her out. Turns out she was a gymnast in college and stays in shape by doing yoga to stay flexible. We're going out next week, she said something about getting out of those stuffy librarian clothes and going buck wild. Should be fun! My point is that sometimes, it's not a bad thing that there are so many books about pyramids.

My experience has been dramatically different. The people I have met from the lower Hudson valley have been a lot like the people I grew up with in WNY. Good people who typically love their family and just talk kinda funny. In my case, lots of giant fans genuinely seem to pull for the Bills when it doesn't impact the Gmen, probably because they recognize the long-suffering nature of Bills fandom. Cant say so much about the college years, but in those days guys can be pretty stupid across the board. I do have a friend who is a mouthy jets fan though, I hadn't heard from him last week so I sent our group a text asking if anyone had seen the game because I inadvertently deleted the game after recording it during work. His reply was hysterical and if I understood him through the rant, it can be summarized as "f every living thing". Thank you Josh Allen!
