  1. Potential AG Sessions is very much against cannabis. I am hopeful Trump will keep him from undoing too much progress that has been made on cannabis laws but wouldn't be surprised to see a crackdown. http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/18/politics/sessions-marijuana-enforcement/index.html
  2. Well, if Trump actually offers the posts to his critics, then I would be wrong. We'll see
  3. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump is dangling some of these cabinet posts to his critics, like Haley and Romney, just so he can get them to come to NY to kiss his ring. See Omarosa'a prediction https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFHCjvJ26O0
  4. Scopes for meniscus problems are usually to just cut away the torn cartilage and smooth the edges. Players are back in a few weeks. If the meniscus is repaired however, the recovery time is significantly longer. Sounds like he is getting a meniscus repair.
  5. Confidence is a fragile thing on a very young team. They have lost it. Watching them, it seems that most of the players don't really want the puck. They are more afraid of screwing up than they are confident that they can do something positive with the puck

  7. Some great song lyrics too "Big bottom, Big Bottom, talk about mudflaps, my girl's got em" http://www.songlyrics.com/spinal-tap/big-bottom-lyrics/
  8. OK, let me spell it out. Trump said pretty much what she said in her presence. That is my opinion as to how she came up with that position
  9. So, you think she came up with attitude all on her own, eh?
  10. Many providers have networks that have negotiated special arrangements. Plans from California may not help a person from Michigan because everything would be out of network.
  11. Have you guys seen Omerosa talking about Trump's win? Thoughts? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFHCjvJ26O0
  12. Do you folks think there would have been any protests if Trump had lost? Anyone yelling 'rigged'? Anyone yelling 'Lock her up'? Of course there would be protests Also, if your guy lost would you be disappointed or fearful of what the president elect was going to do? You might want to consider dialing back the gloating. I can understand being happy for the win but as far as how Trump will govern, you have not yet been proved right of anything.
  13. Great movie! The humor isn't the traditional joke setup-punchline formula. Some won't like it but I found it very funny. For years I played adult hockey and yelling to the team to 'turn it up to 11' always got a few laughs
  14. For chronic pain; Opioids vs Cannabis study http://www.jpain.org/article/S1526-5900(16)00567-8/abstract?cc=y= article https://www.leafly.com/news/health/cannabis-for-chronic-pain-vs-opioids Could cannabis be part of the solution? Quite possibly. An increasing number of studies provide evidence that many patients can use cannabis instead of opioids to treat their pain, or they can significantly reduce their reliance on opioids. A University of Michigan March 2016 study published in the Journal of Pain provides some compelling data. They found that cannabis: Decreased side effects from other medications Improved quality of life Reduced use of opioids (on average) by 64%
  15. America’s New Legalization Maphttps://www.leafly.com/news/politics/americas-new-legalization-map-amazing These states have approved regulated legalization: California, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Maine. These states legalized medical cannabis: Florida, Arkansas, Montana, and North Dakota. Together, those states represent a total population of 75 million people. Consider this: One in five Americans now live in a state where cannabis is legal for adults 21 and older. One in five. Of course, the states with new legislation will take some time to implement their programs. Be cautious
  16. Well, my worry with money is that it can buy air time for a candidate. With $2 billion in estimated free TV coverage for Trump, he didn't need to spend as much to get his message out. That doesn't mean in any way that money doesn't have too much influence on politics and politicians. Imo, it does
  17. Yeah, if you watched the Trump surrogates during the campaign, that A-list is scary to me. Both their integrity level and their intelligence level are frightening
  18. Also, I think Trump won because voters believed his promises. It is the same reason he could keep starting businesses in spite of repeated bankruptcies. He is tremendous at convincing people
  19. Not just you, but lots of folks have treated this election like a ballgame, rooting for their team to win. There are pretty huge consequences to this game, unlike a Superbowl. Obviously Trump wasn't my choice. I just hope my fear of a Trump presidency was misguided. Congrats!
  20. Predictability rather than gridlock. Trump administration is unpredictable, yes. How much of what he said will he actually get done?
  21. http://www.politico....ballot-measures California, Nevada, Arizona, Massachusetts, Maine, Arkansas, Montana, North Dakota, and Florida
  22. Not sure I'd buy just yet. Wait for the recession to take hold.
  23. Dow futures (tomorrow's projected open) down 650-700 points
