  1. They’re apolitical and don’t want to influence the midterms. (Part of the reason why Comey’s actions in 2016 were so odd.) Hoax.
  2. Hoax. They don’t know the ripple effect yet. There’s also a political element - they’ll probably wait until after midterms to indict this guy.
  3. Probably bc they want to review all of the stuff they collected before starting the speedy trial clock. Just a hunch. Hoax. Hoax. Also doesn’t matter that he wasn’t parading around or wiping secret sauce on them. The possession of those documents and that time and location and under those circumstances is the issue.
  4. This is what triggered looks like on the Internet. Also, there's a lot of hoax in your post. I'll see if you can identify some of the hoaxy parts once you've had an opportunity to reflect upon your work.
  5. Looks like this is the hoax. The DOJ/FBI targets seniors and hill folk. So, by that measure, looks like The Don is getting up and age and is one of those vulnerable people who maybe should be driving golf carts into things at The Villages, complaining about the line at the early bird special, and having a visiting nurse stock his Depends supply. Otherwise, your point doesn’t make much sense. They must have read my post about Garland being part of Antifa and got to thinking.
  6. Hoax. The crickets are from you. I still haven’t heard any kind of explanation for this situation. Let me rephrase: I have heard no good explanation for this situation. Gym and MAGA can’t come up with one, either. That’s where you come in. They hope. Gotta give them something to work with. Better hop to, otherwise all MAGA will have to talk about is the metaverse and their favorite dictator.
  7. Hoax. Also, that isn’t very helpful to Gym and Don. The road to success, including in writing, is paved with failure. Keep on trying and I’m sure you’ll come up with something good. Or at least I think you will. Whatever. Be Better!
  8. I have asked for input from the cult on their excuse for this mess in a different thread. So far, crickets. I even made up a story for them about Merrick Garland being in Antifa to get them started. I don’t think they know what to do with this one.
  9. Not helpful to Gym and Don. Be Better, as Melania would say! I’ll get you started here. Maybe the FBI didn’t raid Mar a Lago. Maybe it was Antifa dressed in FBI jackets who duped the Secret Service (all Democrats and RINOs, to be sure) and planted fake documents in the nutritionist’s office at Mar a Lago, which has sat dormant for years. Now, the FBI is confused about the raid because it has been infiltrated by Antifa, including and especially Merrick Garland. That should get you started.
  10. Hoax. Gym and the Don need help. Are you going to help them by thinking of a relevant hoax, or are you going to stick to your usual impertinent hoaxing?
  11. Where are we, MAGA? Too busy “going nuts” and “not taking it anymore?”
  12. I just noticed a bright side to MAGA silence on this issue. I just learned that Ozzy Osborne is leaving the United States because MAGA is so friggin crazy. This coming from a guy who snorts ants for fun. So maybe if MAGA doesn’t act crazy about this issue, we can avoid further migration of our population.
  13. Yeah, the upside of the punter fiasco is that they can hide someone on the roster for a day before moving that person to IR and signing a punter to take his place. Might help Stevenson stick on IR for awhile. Or maybe they avoid PUP with White, or get Doyle to IR. At least there’s a little bit of flexibility there.
  14. So far the clubhouse leader is that the execution of the warrant and resultant criminal troubles for Trump is some kind of hoax. But I think Jim Jordan will need specifics on the hoax. Were the documents planted by Antifa? Are they fake documents created by the fake news FBI? Or, given the proximity of Mar a Lago to the Bermuda Triangle, is this crisis one created by a dangerous alliance of aliens and sharks? (We all know that Trump is terrified of sharks—now maybe with good reason.) The floor is yours, MAGA.
  15. Lots of hoaxes from the usual suspects, but no help for Jim. When the search was conducted, MAGA was enraged. Now, it’s crickets. And it’s crickets here, too. Some babbling about TDS and not believing the news. But largely silence. Frankly, I think both Jim and Trump are disappointed with you. Maybe when Trump gets done unsuccessfully trying to hire someone to defend him in this mess, and Jim gets done hanging Mark Z. In the meta verse, they will have a word with you. Until then, it’s time to think harder.
  16. I agree with the point about the complication. But I think you’re underselling the rape kit. She could have been really, really beat up. The rape kit will confirm that part of the story. I appreciate that you’re noting Araiza’s defense, which essentially is that I thought I engaged in a sexual act with a person of age whom I didn’t intoxicate and whom I did not traffic. Fair enough. But don’t underestimate how inflammatory those results could be. Add that in with what allegedly was his “forgetfulness” on the phone and things suddenly get a little dicier for him.
  17. I realize that thinking of reasons to not report sexual abuse of children can be time consuming. But Trump needs all of the brainpower that Jordan can muster in view of what's going on at Mar a Lago. And where is Jim Jordan these days? Not defending Trump. https://dnyuz.com/2022/08/26/republicans-once-outraged-by-the-mar-a-lago-search-become-quieter-as-details-emerge/ But with crisis comes opportunity. I thought maybe some of the ardent MAGA sycophants here could come up with some creative excuses for Trump's retention of classified records. Now is your chance to think of a creative excuse for Trump's misconduct. Maybe someone can email some of the most creative excuses (not lies, remember, because MAGA never lies) to Jim Jordan so that, when he's done thinking of reasons to not report sexual abuse of children and finished talking to Mark Zuckerberg about how MAGA can take over the metaverse, he can put your thoughts on Twitter. Have at it!
  18. I’d be surprised if that was the case here. The allegation is a gang rape. Report of leg bruising and belly button damage are consistent with that claim. If rape kit shows vaginal tearing and DNA mix, the. I don’t see how that isn’t supportive or relevant. So, yes, I agree that there are times when the rape kit is ignored bc physical exam and investigation suggest DNA testing is a waste of resources. But this doesn’t strike me as such a case.
  19. The rape kit will include observations with respect to any injury inconsistent with consensual intercourse.
  20. This is consistent with everything that I've hypothesized in smaller chunks here (save for GGGB blowing off D'Angelo). I'll add that both of those corporate counsels are basically inexperienced litigators. GGGB, to the best of my understanding, was a patent attorney and had a genetic advantage in getting the job. How he survived his brother's BS is beyond me. D'Angelo was a low-level ADA who later worked at a law firm that does some work the Bills, and then went in-house with the Bills. My theory here is that scouting/player personnel didn't properly vet in the draft process, and that legal really screwed up when P's attorney got ahold of them. Beck Water's friend is right. The cash component of this case (which will be used to fund efforts to damage Araiza) now is part of the complaint against the landlord. The goal of this case now is to destroy Araiza, to encourage the SD DA to act and, ultimately, to send Araiza a housewarming gift in prison. That's the plan. The prior PR guy got clipped for Doug Whaley's "privy" press conference, which was embarrassing but a lot less humiliating than this fiasco. The advice to D'Angelo here is to back up your emails, because GGGB is going to be pointing that finger directly at you. The advice to GGGB is to start looking for a new job. Someone is going to take the fall for this.
  21. First to say that her statement is not evidence. Then you challenge its reliability. Which one is it? (Hint: it’s direct evidence.)
  22. Take it up with Wawrow and the AP. Challenge his reporting. (Is that "soft" evidence?)
  23. Two other teams figured out there was a problem with this guy. If they didn't get it through psychic intervention, then we have work to do.
  24. Ours appear to be deeper than others based on Wawrow's reporting.
