  1. What I'm finding humorous is the upper bracket NJ< NY & CT residents realizing that they pay a lot of state & local taxes. I guess that problem didn't exist in 2010, and they would get away with it if it wasn't for that pesky Trump and his kids.
  2. That would be insane. If Cousins really wants to leave DC, they have little negotiating leverage. Franchising him will cost $35 million, and a transition means no draft picks in return. Their only choices are to start a bidding war and hopefully land a 2nd rounder (a la Alex Smith trade)
  3. McDermott. Obviously
  4. I think he was reduced to a glorified capologist role?
  5. Why do you guys keep feeding the trolls on this forum?
  6. Rochester, Syracuse, Albany & Boston
  7. As if Clapper is the virtuous party here?
  8. Tip of the cap to Crayonz, who's been proven right. In 2014, Bills were fighting an uphill battle to get into the playoffs, even though they were 8-6 heading into week 16. The reason? They had 2 more wins against NFC that year than this year. The 2 losses this year helped
  9. So you're saying that to make the playoffs, Bills have to win games? They don't just hand out the spots? Learn something new every day.
  10. Not if they didn't fit the system or bought into the Process. Why do you think Belichick plucks a guy off a practice squad, and he puts up all-pro numbers?
  11. The other crime on the ASJ play is Butler not getting a flag or being ejected for manhandling the official. Add "pushing an official is not a penalty for Pats*"
  12. And yet this team is in a better position to earn a playoff spot despite losing the "proven" players
  13. This win was bigger because they have a more realistic shot at the playoffs this year, despite a depleted roster. That's why I'm reveling in all the excuses the NNs like you who come up with excuse after excuse to trash the Process and come out looking stupid. The 2014 team was built to hit the playoffs and undearchieved. This team is built for a tank, and is now in control of its playoff destiny.
  14. And that was a defensively loaded team with a weak mindset, evidenced by a pathetic effort against the Raiders in a critical Week 16 game. Same as last year's team laying on the ground in pivotal games vs Dolphins & Steelers. More talent on paper lesser result on the field.
  15. During Woods' absence we were regaled about Sammy's role in the offense, and yet when Woods came back Sammy dropped down the pecking order again.
  16. The catch reminded me of Bobby Shaw's failed 2pt conversion a while back. Caught the ball, was in control, but when he was bringing it up to celebrate it got smacked out and called incomplete. Would have been a conversion if he simply rolled over. Last night was a catch - he was in full control of the ball when he caught it, and the only reason for the bobble was that he made a football move to bring the ball across the goal line. This is the exact opposite of the Seferian Jenkins call (I wonder against which team). If the ASF call was that he fumbled the ball through the endzone, this should have been a catch and then a fumble recovery in the EZ. NFL can't have it both ways.
  17. BTW, it needs to be pointed out to Lou Gramm's relative that his beef should be with NBC's producers who put the clip together, not McDermott. Because if the non-native listened to the entire PC, he'd hear this
  18. Would you then be willing to admit my theory that the IC civil war you’ve been clamoring about isn’t a true civil war but a cleanse of the Obama team’s stench off the IC?
  19. In case you haven’t noticed, the team is 8-6, having just won a crucial game in December for the first time in over a decade. That is THE PROCESS.
  20. He's supposed to be the guy in the middle taking on the Dolphins charge, not being anywhere near the ball even if it's kicked towards him. That screw up is all on him. You have to have the big guys to take the punishment for the second wave to grab the ball. If he doesn't touch the ball, Bills recover of Dolphins touch before it goes 10 yds
  21. Watch the other teams' onsides - there's always LBs on the front line. The mistake was for Brown to charge, especially since the ball didn't travel 10 yds.
  22. Good chance Tenn loses out the string, and we hope that Raiders beat Chargers. PS, there's still a shot at the division title
  23. Down by 15 is 2 scores, down by 18 is 3 scores. It would have completely changed the Dolphins' last real drive because they would have been 8 down, not 11. That's why I'm grateful for Groy's false start
  24. Dolphins would have been 2 scores down instead of 3 at that point
