I know that some of this has been asked before, but I am stoked to get back to OP after a lot of years (and aren't we a little sick of talking about WR, Beane, and Brady). I am bringing my two boys, and this is a little bit of a pilgrimage all the way from Oregon. Never been more excited to stand around in the freezing rain! They definitely want to experience the tailgate, which I have never done - you old timers might remember that AFCCG against the Chiefs was COLD. So: 1. When/Where should we head to the stadium for the best tailgate that we might be able to get in on? 2. Buffalo has changed a ton in the last 30 years...what are a couple of "must go to" stops with the boys? They are in college/HS 3. I got a couple of spots to eat, but would love to know what is the best Italian place to eat AND where do we get the absolute best beef-on-weck? We are staying south of the city. Need your help here Stadium Wall, I have been on TBD since 2004...I don't post much but am here everyday - so let's hear it!

I am with you, totally different look this year than the last 4-5. I love that they are actually playing defense. And I love the confidence that Kiyan and Sadiq are playing with for Freshmen. They need to stop the stupid turnovers and hopefully getting JJ into the lineup will help with that. if Freeman plays like this and stays healthy he is gone after this year. He has been dominate so far.

I was at the university of Colorado during the Broncos Super Bowl winning years with Elway. This is exactly how they talked about Terrell Davis. Elway was elite without the SB win and then Shanahan found TD and they rode the running game all the way to the promised land. I feel like their defense was a little bit better than ours currently so we shall see, but sure feels like the offensive formula is there.

Kyle looked great, Binghamton doesn’t have much size though. Very weird to see a Cuse center with that much athleticism. And he was all over the court on D, setting picks, moving without the ball. Couldn’t be more different from the last couple of seasons. Kiyan has no fear, has his dad’s confidence that’s for sure. and hopefully Starling will be ok, feel like he is always injured with something. nice to see the Orange play with some defensive intensity too!

Cuse is back in action!! I didn’t see a thread for the new season yet and there are a number of posters here that I really appreciate hearing from (especially living out in Oregon). So let’s fire it back up… The last few years have pretty much sucked, I am cautiously optimistic about the talent on the roster and have a feeling that Red better show up this year or he might be done. So, let’s hear it fellas - how are you feeling? Exhibition game #2 tonight - let’s go Orange!

I have absolutely zero faith or expectation that this staff figured anything out defensively over the bye. I hope they might…but have been hoping that since Covid. Anybody else feeling that way this morning?

I live out here in Oregon and OSU actually had an ok year, 20 wins or so. They just don’t have a league or any money to keep players.

I agree with this 100%. Hustle, defense, the basics should be evident. I would go even further to say that at times Red looks completely lost during a game. And I continue to be baffled at Chris Bell, what the hell happened to that guy?
