  1. 5 of his 7 years he's had over 10 sacks averages almost 4 forced fumbles a year about 50 tackles has 4 picks, and averages 6 passes defensed a season. Compared to what exactly is he "overrated"? sh-- compared to our sad sack group he would be a god send. The next Bruce Smith isn't coming along anytime soon. I'll settle for the guy who averages 10 sacks a season, at our position of greatest need.
  2. Julius Peppers, Chris Kelsay.... Peppers.....Kelsay....Peppers.... or Kelsay?!?! Hmm I'm gonna have to say Heck yes in a second I'd do this trade. The question is would the Bills? Probably not. Peppers lack of things like High Motor, and team leader aren't high enough to be on the priority board for the Bills. The sad fact that he has 17 sacks in the past 2 years with 07 being a rather big down year, and it still matches what Kelsay has done in 6 seasons, is reason enough. He may want to play in a 3-4 scheme, but he's fully capable of being uber productive in a 4-3. It would be a no brainer for the Bills to consider.
  3. Pretty much yeah. If you're lucky enough to get free tickets and a ride to the SB, then you should go. It's pretty much a no brainer.
  4. pfft you can't have one of these without the most obvious Mike Tomlin aka Looks like Omar Epps Man http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2261/192670...47a730b46_o.jpg
  5. I spend most of my internet time looking up stuff like this. While obviously I don't believe a large majority of it, it makes for interesting discussions, and entertainment. C2C, and I also frequent godlikeproductions forum. So color me entertained by these pics. The fire spirits being the best imho, and the dudes girlfriends face
  6. Kelsay will make a great peer counselor one day. Full of jovial spirit and cherubic energy and never quit attitude. It's just a shame, that doesn't make up for the fact he's an awful defensive end.
  7. You're right a guy who has potential to be a great pass rusher on the Bills. That's umm hillarious
  8. what he said In all seriousness. If you meant what NFL player would I like to see on the Bills. Justin Tuck. I was hoping we would've took him during the 05 draft. I was severely dissapointed we didn't . To this day I'm shocked he lasted until the 3rd rd considering how dominant he was at Notre Dame. So Yeah Justin Tuck
  9. Joe Montana Sports talk football has nothing on TSB. sh-- even Deion Sanders Prime Time Football was better then Joe Montana Sports Talk. In a semi related note Best sports game ever made: NHL 94
  10. I second that. Steve Young finally winning one and the record breaking 6 td passes, breaking out of Montana's shadow.
  11. Some of it I can see being possible. Sheetrock can be punched thru. It might've taken a lot of takes but it can be done. A NFL qb hitting a yard marker, can be done. The hardest part to believe was Maroney jumping thru a car window out the other side. Please In real time Maroney would've tripped over a blade of grass. He's one of the softest runningbacks in the league.
  12. I'm pretty sure Brian Schottenheimer is staying on board as the jets oc
  13. Yeah going from Monte Kiffin to Jim Bates is a pretty huge step down
  14. He was awesome with Denver last year,as assistant coach/defense Other then his time in Miami he hasn't really done much of anything, other then quit on the packers, and flame out with the broncos
  15. What's so hard to understand that Suggs was used in Baltimore's d primarly as a hands down defensive end? That he was tagged last year as a dend, and plays the majority of the snaps with his hand on the ground? That he played defensive end in college as well. He's a pass rusher. The Bills need a pass rusher. The Bills also at times this year used their defensive ends to cover rb's out of the backfield, in zone drops. Should they decide to do this in the future, wouldn't it make more sense that it Was Suggs covering the rb, and not Chris Kelsay or Ryan Denney?
  16. Ron Meeks got to work with better dline talent, and a better secondary in Indy. How would him coming to Buffalo improve anything?
  17. Yeah Ever since Jones got out of Arizona he's been a consistently good runningback. He's not gonna push hard for those extra yards the way Lynch will, but he's shifty, and a reliable receiving option. He's also really good in blitz pickup. Nothing bad to say about him here. I prefer Lynch cause he's really young, and has time to improve, but Jones is the farthest thing from a bust
  18. I don't disagree. However in the post season I'm saying teams win with power running games, not explosive passing games. Yes I prefer the running game to the passing game. It was on the legs of Maroney that NE made it past jacksonville and sd to get to the Superbowl last year, and it was on the legs of Addai and Rhodes that the colts won the superbowl. For as great as Arizona's passing game is. They're winning the post season, because of their commitment to Edge/HighTower which has forced defenses to become accountable for their running game. Yeah I would keep Lynch/Jackson and look elsewhere for a wr. I'd prefer the funds spent on 2 wr's, could be better allocated to stuff like, improving the defense.
  19. It seems like it's creating a hole for the sake of filling another hole. Boldin is a fantastic talent, and pure #1 receiver. Would be a great addition. However Lynch/Jackson can be a rb duo on par with Jacobs/Ward Williams/Stewart etc etc. If it's not broke don't fix it. Bring in Amani Toomer, a receiving tight end, and work on becoming a power running team.
  20. On the flip side The other BC dt Ron Brace owned Mack and Unger in individual drills.
  21. Come to think of it Donte Whitner is a defensive captain as well, who hearts his coach, and talks a lot, without backing it up makes sense I'm willing to cut him more slack then Kelsay though. He's probably more or less a victim of the sh------- front 7
  22. 1. Stroud 2. Mcgee 3. Butler- this is a end of the season and not talent ranking right? The difference between the run game with and without Butler is pretty drastic. 4. Greer 5. Lynch 6. Reed 7. Jackson 8. Kyle Williams- I'm not sold on him as a starter, but he'd make a heck of a rotational player 9. McKelvin 10. Blake Costanzo- Everytime I saw him he was making big special teams plays
  23. Chris Kelsay is "everyone" on Buffalo? Nice rationalization there buddy. The guy isn't a starting caliber dend, and starts simply because it's a position of glaring weakness, with no legit competition to take his job. His complete lack of production, and game awareness speaks for itself. He's slow off the snap. Routinely Bites on end arounds, and crashes hard on off tackle runs. His pass rush moves are limited, and his closing speed is below average. Way to jump to those conclusions of what I think of the Bills roster though lol. For the record I've been dogging Kelsay on his lack of talent since before the guy was drafted, while people like Bill and Ramius told me to give him a chance. Listening to guys go "wait for such and such player to take pressure off of him" All so he can continue to suck and be a glaring weakness on the Bills defense. It's not a new innovative "This guy sucks" rant. He simply lacks talent to be a starting defensive end, especially in a defense that is suppouse to create front 4 oriented pressure.
