Screw the pocket passer stuff. TT must take the 5 yard run and slide on his butt...6 yards and out of bounds, etc. occasionally roll out and drop one over the DBs head when they are expecting him to run. There's no way he can imitate Tom Brady, throw 45 times from the pocket. Just be an athlete today and move the chains.

People seem to forget that Ray Rice's last full season (2013), was lousy. The other reason he isn't getting hired by anyone is that he sucks. He hit the wall before the domestic violence stuff. Dating back to the Liberty Bowl in Memphis, the Bills all time record vs. Tennessee is 1-7. That last win being in 2000. The Titans currently have a 5 game winning streak vs Buffalo. That includes the Music City miracle and losses against Billy Volek, Vince Young (twice), Matt Hasselbeck (twice). It seems to me that Tennessee is one of those teams that just has our number. There's no other explanation. I think the Bills have better players this year but they have to prove it on the field against a team that is rested and had 2 weeks to scout us. Cundiff is insurance. Cutting Carpenter would be an emotional decision and the wrong one imo. There aren't enough long distance, accurate FG kickers. Dan might be having the yips right now but so do most kickers on occasion. Let him fight through it. He would be scooped up in a heartbeat if the Bills release him. If he misses a couple more 38 yard FGs this weekend then let's revisit.

Personally i don't care if the game slows down. We have ONE game per week. Who cares if it's slow? It wouldn't be any slower than the average college game. I like that they review personal fouls in college ball. Just get the call right.

And these situations are the subtleties of the NFL and officiating. Seattle...the 12th man, all their nonsense of being one of the "elite" teams over the past several year comes into play again. Seattle has earned the reputation of being a winning team, a winning organization, a likeable coach, etc.. Yes they play physical before the whistle blows and they chirp alot but somehow the refs respect that organization...and with the whole world watching in their house, they get a call like that...or a non-call. They've earned it, they're Seattle. Teams like Buffalo and Detroit will never get bailed out on a call like that. Never.

If Mariota smokes this defense then we know it's goin to be a 7-9, 8-8 type of season. Seriously Rex, please pull a Belicheck and give Tenn something they aren't prepared for.
