Excellent. Should be a good Bills fan turnout. For this game i used SeatGeek. I’ve used them before and never had an issue. Will be coming up for the Steelers game the following week so i need to check a few different sites incl Ticketmaster.

Just got 2 tix for the game at Baltimore. Sheesh, that set me back a bit.
-
That’s good advice. I was a STH for a decade through the drought. Two tix. I wasn’t good friends or anything with the people around me but we exchanged phone numbers and emails. Several times i was able to unload my tickets to those folks as they had family/friends that wanted to attend.

I agree with Matt. Punt god should be phased out. It was fun for college but it’s the big leagues now. Since a huge punt is often referred to as a “bomb” maybe that word should be incorporated into his new nickname.

The reaction is great....kinda' like regular people have during fantasy drafts. You get super pissed when someone takes "your guy" with the pick right before.

Rd 2, Pick 63 (31): RB James Cook, Georgia
zow2 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
This guy should be fun to watch. It's strange listening to him, his energy level off the field does not resemble his energy level when he's playing football that's for sure. -
Dang! two AFC teams seemed to really help themselves : Jets & KC
zow2 replied to Desert Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s just another reason why the 13 seconds is so painful. The Bills already did the hard part and got through the season healthy. All they had to do was finish a few seconds. Jets and Phins had down years in 2021 and we dusted the Pats. Nowadays teams can flip around and get good overnight. So the Jets and Phins could be a problem in 2022. -
Rd 5, Pick 148 (5): WR Khalil Shakir, Boise St

The ESPN guys love this pick so that’s good enough for me. Think he was a late 3rd, early 4th talent. Says he will be a headache for opposing defenses. -
Kyle Brandt will announce Bills 3rd round pick
zow2 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
That was hysterical. Nice job Brandt. I like how NFL Network showed the Bills war room reactions while watching the pick. Beane enjoyed it. -
Lot's of Josh and GF Kissy photos making the rounds this offseason. He's getting his love on. Good for him. That couple has it all.. (except a Super Bowl ring of course).

Report circulating that Apple will be 2023 home to Sunday Ticket
zow2 replied to Ned Flanders's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm a 20+ year Directv subscriber. Happy overall, but the main reason I've kept DTV over the past decade is due to Sunday Ticket and Bills games. Once it goes to Apple I will be a former Directv person. -
So far it looks like Von Miller is impressed with Buffalo.
zow2 replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't blame Von at all for his words. He's honest. Heck, i just spent 7 days with my family in Southwest Florida on the Gulf. It was bliss. You think i wanted to come back here to 40's, cloudy and rain?!? No way. I'd rather be living down there full time. If i was wealthy enough to make a change and move, I would. But anyway, Von is paid extraordinarily well and is here to play on a very talented team and get us to the SuperBowl. He's not here to make Buffalo his home. Nor is Josh Allen for that matter. He lives in SoCal in the offseason and will likely make that his full time home after retirement. Bills fans shouldn't take it personal. Look at all the Buffalo transplants in the South and West. Many people don't want to live in WNY unless they have to by family/life circumstance or job situation. -
DOLPHINS Player who practiced reeking of booze?
zow2 replied to BuffaloRebound's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm sure some reporter will take the time to research Dan Campbell's comments and narrow this down to a couple guys. So he will have essentially outed someone, even though he was complimentary too. -
Compared to SoFi Stadium or Jerry World, the Bills new stadium is basically going to be no frills. However, for $1.5B i hope there is something unique about the new stadium... I mean it doesn't have to include a deck with hot tubs or anything, but they should incorporate something that you cannot find in any other stadium. Or around the stadium? Maybe add a man-made lake and when it freezes over, have it be a huge ice skating rink. pre-game tailgating could be drunk skating. Whenever they televise national games from Buffalo, it would be great to see something unique about it, instead of just flags blowing in the wind.

Personally, i think when it comes to the product on the field and on the ice, they are hands-off owners. They come off as supportive to the GM's and Coaches in what those guys want to accomplish.. at least in public. But i can't speak for all of WNY. On the business side, I'm sure they are hands-on, as they should be. I would be if i owned the teams.

I'm going to give them credit for some great Bills hires and some very good luck at how things have worked out. I will give them a fail for much of their Sabres tenure and some horrible bad luck with everything they've tried. As you said, let's hope the Sabres have turned the corner. They have a GM with a plan, a solid looking coach, and building a culture of players that want to be in Buffalo. Plus they have some really talented prospects in college and the minors that will make a big impact soon.

IMO, The people who went to RJ night and then proceeded to boo the Pegulas are scum. Go call them or send an email if they're so disgruntled. Don't go booing them before such a nice ceremony. Both teams could be in other cities by now.
-
I understand why they changed the OT rule for playoffs..But it's a lock, the next time the Bills play a postseason OT game, they will score a TD on their first possession. And somehow the new rule with bite us and the Bills will ultimately lose the game. Book it.

Tyreek seeking a trade [Now: Traded to the Dolphins]
zow2 replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Unpopular take- but i don't get why some Bills fans feel the need to flood every national media tweet about Tyreek and message boards about what a "trash" QB Tua is ....and how great Josh Allen and the Bills are. We must have a lot of children as Bills fans. I don't know,... in the words of Sean McDermott it's best to stay "humble and hungry" if you know what i mean. I wish some of these fans would stay out of it and not make the rest of the NFL fans hate the obnoxious Bills fans. The fact is, we haven't won anything yet. It's a good move for Miami, they got a great player. Who knows how it will turn out? Even if Tua fails, the Dolphins are now a hotspot destination for the next big name QB that wants a change next spring.. They have a plug n play offense. If the Ravens don't lock in Lamar Jackson, I could see him landing in Miami someday. -
Are the Chiefs still the team we're building our team to beat???
zow2 replied to HerdMenatlity1's topic in The Stadium Wall
In my opinion, it's not just a gimmicky passing league like KC was doing. The Bills should not model themselves after that. You still need to run, stop the run and get after the QB. Tampa Bay a couple years ago is a good example. Yes, they could throw with Brady and had very good WR's. But they could still run very effectively. -
Tyreek seeking a trade [Now: Traded to the Dolphins]
zow2 replied to Dablitzkrieg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Can any good players ever move over to the NFC please?!? -
Yep. It was very underwhelming. When the cameras came on, he smiled and acted excited for a few seconds. But he's here for the money and chasing another ring.
