I don’t see Odell signing with Buffalo. The money would be a huge deal for the Bills. He reportedly doesn’t love playing in a cold climate. I don’t see what the lure is of the NYG either? They aren’t “one” player away from winning a SB and don’t have a great QB. Buffalo makes more sense than the Giants unless he is just in a sentimental mood for his old team.
Dallas makes the most sense as far as ready to compete for the NFC Championship now, National exposure and they play in the South in a dome with a solid QB (but not the level of JA17 of course).
These injured players are put in a sling or walking boot or a cast after the games and then are on the field a week or two later. Sounds like he will be ok.
It’s not lost on me that Josh’s two main injuries have occurred while he was IN the pocket, not scrambling around.
So maybe it’s better if he runs out of trouble and gets clear of the pocket. Yeah, just slide or go out of bounds once in a while.
I think the same rule was enforced when the Patriots tight end made what looked like a goaline catch last Thursday night at Minnesota. Then it was ruled incomplete. Personally i hate the rule because if the ball never touches the ground and it's in his possession when he first hits the ground, it should stand. If the ball touches the ground that's a different story. This rule should be changed.
It was great to have Edmunds back on D as well as Rousseau and Epenesa. That was huge, and for one game at least the D played better without Von Miller. They proved they can still be a really solid defense.
The two Hines runs last night were so poorly executed. The guy is actually fast but as soon as he took the handoff left, Patriots guys were already there waiting for him. Dorsey has to scheme some passes to him in space. They did it with Cook a couple times. Those runs to the left were awful.
