I think Keon sits another week and Moore gets in there for Samuel. Keon is just hurting Josh's progressions. He's not available off the snap and there's going to be no time against Houston to mess around. If Keon does happen to play, I think he gets fewer than 10 snaps. My predictions for WR's this week: Shakir Palmer Shavers Gabe Moore

I bet the Bills vs KC for the simple reason, always bet Buffalo when they are home dogs, its rare. Plus KC is our well documented “Super Bowl”. I also bet Tampa +6, that seemed like a lock until it wasn’t. As for Houston, I think this is a decent spot for the Bills -5.5. McDermott is always good at getting the guys to remember. last seasons game in Houston was dreadful. Josh had his worst game ever, he won’t forget. Plus the Bills had two prime time stinkers (NE and ATL) and they will want to fix that asap.

I was there for this one. 41 degrees and a steady cold rain. At least the Bills rewarded us for being there in that mess. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the Texans intercepted Allen on the very first play, but they ultimately missed a FG.

Yeah i changed it. I did watch that game! That is the Oline they need. To be fair, myself and several others predicted the week leading up to that game that Buffalo got a gift getting to play Dalton. Some people disagreed but that worked out as we know. Houston D will be a test.

This will be an issue as the playoffs near and they likely won't have the comfy home cooking in Orchard Park. When the Allen era took off they had a really good road team. The Bills were hard to beat. Now we've seen losses to Atlanta and Miami which are just awful losses. It seems to me that our offensive line, which is normally a great unit were overwhelmed and out schemed in those losses. They have to bring extra attitude and nastiness to these road games. I'm not sure what else can be done other than be healthier and have Allen get into a rhythm? The defense is what it is.

Yep, sometimes the backup QB just gets the ball out of his hand and doesn't mess around too much. Mills is like that. Some Texans fans think he's better. Kind of like Brissett in Arizona. Kyler struggles passing and never has that kind of day with completions.

MNF thread- Cowboys @ Raiders (no Bills stuff please)
zow2 replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Cowboys are really dialed in, playing for the loss of their teammate. The Raiders are simply awful though. -
Yep, been saying it for 5 years on this board he’s not a special QB from the pocket. He looks the part, but just plays better and makes the magic happen when he’s moving around… throwing on an improvised play or just taking off.

Jalen Ramsey Ejected - Ja'Marr Chase Spitting?
zow2 replied to BCAS Baritone's topic in The Stadium Wall
New England is this year‘s Commanders. The schedule breaks their way. They win a couple games right at the very end because the other team does something stupid and they play a bunch of crappy quarterbacks and backups. -
Hardman gets a reprieve because he didn't cost the game. I'd keep him around. Seems like he has some juice left. If he's good for one fumble a season then he got it it out of his system early.

For Hairston that's probably a good thing. Maybe i missed it but I don't think I heard his name yesterday. Yeah seems like Ray is the 3rd string RB now. He certainly did a nice job on his 8 special teams plays.

Jalen Ramsey Ejected - Ja'Marr Chase Spitting?
zow2 replied to BCAS Baritone's topic in The Stadium Wall
ESPN this morning on their show was advocating for Ja'Marr to be suspended this week. They were making such a big deal out of it and almost begging the NFL to suspend him. What a competitive disadvantage that would be?!? People are acting like he went from behind and sucker punched the dude in the face. I mean gimme a break. It's not cool, it's disgusting, but fine him $250K or something. -
Yeah, we should have an intimidating D in this climate,,,instead they are soft as can be. On ESPN Get UP this morning the guys were laughing and clowning on the Bills run defense. They yucked it up pretty good. The one guy on set was laughing that he had to google Sean Tucker to find out who he was?! I will admit though, Baker is a terrible matchup for us. These QBs that can move around and convert 3rd downs with their legs just kill us. So we are consistent...we can't stop the conventional runs up the middle, we can't stop the Derrick Henry style downhill running to the edge, and we can't stop QB's from running and converting 3rd downs.

I went to the Bills vs Texans game a few years ago when it was a pouring cold rain the entire day. Davis Mills started. The Texans intercepted Allen on the first pass of the game. Then the Bills won 41-0. Houston embarrassed Allen and the Bills last season. I like Buffalo in this spot...they will remember, but the Texans D is tough. In my mind last week, I had us beating Tampa and then splitting the Houston and Pittsburgh road games. Hopefully we get this one.

The Bills beat the Bucs because of you... (superstition/karma reasons)
zow2 replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
I actually did everything, sat in the same spot, and wore everything I did for the Atlanta and Miami losses. I needed to cleanse the bad Karma from the things that were not working. I was sweating it for a bit, thankfully the team came through. -
Shaq is older, and you want him ready for January. I wouldn't rush him back

Bills @ Ravens Wild Card game watch - 28% after Week 12
zow2 replied to No_Matter_What's topic in The Stadium Wall
I live near baltimore and have gone to every Bills game there. It's really hard to win in that building. It's electric, loud and very hostile, and we rarely stop premier Running backs running downhill. I don't think we beat them twice in one season. Didn't the Bills beat Denver like 31-7? It was not close. -

What if the Bills go into the final game vs NYJ, in their nice red helmets with the playoffs clinched. Winning means they clinch the 5th seed, losing to the Jets means they fall to the 6 or 7 seed (maybe play @Indy or @ New England). Would you empty the bench and play all the depth guys? I would. Meanwhile the Jets will probably be doing the same to earn the highest draft pick possible. -

That's good. Because much like when the hurricane is headed to the coast and a week out the bullseye has it hitting a big city....that's when you know it won't hit the city. It will take a turn a day or two prior. Whatever the NFL playoff predictions are today, means they will be different come the actual bracket in early January. -
Tyrell Shavers reminds me of John Stallworth....
zow2 replied to Kelly to Allen's topic in The Stadium Wall
They should start targeting him more, obviously. I'm not sure in prior games why he was he forgotten man. His adjustments to help out Allen when the pocket was breaking down were very professional. He found open space, hustled and made himself available. That's all we ask. -

Goff stinks tonight. Kinda cementing that he’s not comfortable outdoors -

The 4th down could have been completed but why is Goff throwing it so low the WR has to reach near the ground to scoop it. -

Nah they gave it to him like 3 straight times and he ran into a brick wall. including 3rd and 1. Campbell always switches and goes to Montgomery when Gibbs gets stuffed a few times
