  1. Both NE and NYJ are on their way to the playoffs with a 4-2 division record.
  2. This is the game where we need to see what Youboty can do.
  3. There are plenty of things in between Willis and LT. Willis' YPC this season is 3.9. For his career, it's 3.9. It's almost time we acknowledge what kind of player he is and that is in the bottom half of running backs in the league.
  4. We went through this last week. Bills Daily is one fan's project. No one pays him anything. Why do you need to whine about it?
  5. How about moving Spikes inside, Ellison and Crowell on the outside, and Day 1 pick for depth?
  6. Last time I checked the Patriots still have Tom Brady. Quite frankly, that's all they need.
  7. Agreed that we have to change the situtation. And I agree that Williams has played well for a fifth round rookie. However, when it comes down to gameday, I don't care where a player was drafted, only if he can produce as we need him to. Williams looks like a solid depth player and a guy that can start sometimes as well. And if we need to change the situation, isn't Williams where you'd look first, too? Triplett is a designated pass rusher, but we knew that when he signed here. So, if you could upgrade one with a player not on the roster, Williams or Triplett (keeping in mind that McCargo basically plays Triplett's role)? And if you're in NYC, check out midtown. It's empty as can be. Kind of eerie. Merry Christmas, Bill.
  8. Are you sure about Williams? Where do you see his strength being? From what I understand about the cover-2, Triplett's job is to get up field, but Williams main responsibility is run support. If we need to upgrade our run defense, and I think we can all agree that we do, then Williams' position is the first one I'm looking at.
  9. Do you want to see the roster before making a prediction for next year? How about the schedule?
  10. I don't think you get that choice if you win the toss. I think your only choice is kick or receive. And Jeff Fisher is one of the three best coaches in the game. Lets not forget that.
  11. Can someone describe the Royal play in detail? Where in the end zone was he? Why didn't he get his feet down?
  12. What was it the wise Michael Irvin had to say? Oh yeah...
  13. 150 and JP playing like he has? No worries.
  14. The Bills often give up big rushing games, and I don't honestly expect them to hold Henry under 100, but that won't matter. Stay away from mistakes on offense and they'll be fine.
  15. 1. Don't mess with Lori. 2. Do you have insider knowledge on the Denver fan base? I just can't see people from thew surrounding states (with sparse populuations) traveling hundreds of miles in large numbers to see the Broncos. How can you say Colorado is a "small portion" of the market? 3. Does anyone know where Bills fans come from? For me, coming from NYC, and for those who come to games along 20A, Orchard Park is great. For everyone from Rochester and Niagra Falls (both sides), it can't be that great.
  16. Baseball is very dependent on fan interest. See: Miami and Minnesota. Both are larger than St. Louis, but can't compete in revenue, regardless of record.
  17. Me, too. I burst out laughing when they gave me the Seahawks.
  18. I would give my Christmas bonus for the chance to have coffee with the two of them.
  19. Didn't you absolutely love Jauron responding to that by saying he's not nearly in marv's class?
  20. General point on Pro Bowl snubs: Nobody on the Bills was "robbed." A case can be made for Evans over Johnson (and Coles) and a case can be made for Fletcher over Wilson (and Ryans and Lewis). But these arguments are not so blatantly correct as to constitute robbery. Basically, the best that can be argued is that there should be more than four receivers on the team.
  21. So does that mean that if you needed to pick one of the four to start for your team Sunday, it would be Losman?
  22. It will be hard for Peters to break through, because even has the Bills start winning and Jon Ogden fades into the limelight, Marcus McNeil looks like he will take his place as the annual selection.
  23. Turnovers, and especially touchdown returns off turnovers have a funny way of evening out. See 2004 Bills vs. 2005 Bills. And remember that those three turnovers happened in Titans territory. You have to factor that into the play of their defense.
  24. Re: Cincy at Denver. Most people are assuming this is Cincy's to lose. Denver is a three-point favorite. Beyond that, Cincy is coming off a road Monday nighter and has to play on the road again. Those games are always awfully tough.
