According to the the draft value chart, a second and fifth from the ravens this year would be 329. A third and a seventh would be 131. Therefore, to make this the better trade, next year's pick would have to no lower than the 14th pick in the round - and the Ravens have a tough schedule. So, we'll see.

I think he may have been the #1 prospect inthe country out of high school. I think the best part of all this is that we could have had him two rounds after we draft McGahee in '03.

General point for the board: taking a running back higher than he deserves to go does not increase his chances of success. The only RB who deserves to go as high as 12 is Peterson, and he will be long gone. It doesn't make sense to take Lynch at 12 just because higher drafted RB's play in the Superbowl.

I think you're selling Okoye short. I don't know terribly much about Starks, but Okoye is that rare player than Starks is not. Just a hunch.

Can anyone here that watches the Skins on regular basis give us a detailed analysis of Dockery? I don't know too much about him other than he is very large. How is he pass blocking vs. run blocking? Does he take plays off? Injury concern? Can he play both guard positions? etc. Thanks a bunch!

If everything on PFT is true, I respect the balls of the Pats to straight-out offer less than the Niners, even though the Pats have the cash, because of the appeal of winning a championship. And if the Niners can sign Thomas and Clements, how about that turn-around? Much better than the Bills rebuilding for seven plus years.

I only saw him play twice this year. Once he got torched by Ted Ginn. The other time he got torched by Dwayne Jarrett.
