This is incorrect. Every team asks if there are any pending legal cases that they might be unaware of and the player is expected to respond with facts and information.

Interesting to see the same patterns of behavior in this thread emerge every 30-40 pages. Most people aren't actually reading the information in the thread, they just come to post their "original opinion" that has already been made 80-90x by other posters who haven't read anything beyond a headline. Cycle 1 "What a scumbag, I hate him" Response "She said she consented to sex with him" "He's going to jail, it doesn't matter if she consented, she was underage" Response "It does matter if she said she was over 18" "No it doesn't, you're a horrible person" Response "it does, it's a legal defense" "I don't believe you" Response - posts something about mistake of age "I still hate him and can't believe he's still on the team" Then Cycle 2 repeats arguing about how much the Bills knew. Cycle 3 - Someone makes a comment about having to put up with this crap over a punter, then people argue about that. Then we restart the whole thing again

He's gone, after seeing McDermott's press conference. I know he says he wants to do more work, but he clearly was not given a full picture of what happened and learned new information along with the rest of us. As for @wppete's disgusting comment above. Kim is recovering from a serious health issue that had her in intensive care for quite a while. The subject material notwithstanding this thread has really devolved into a mix of presenting selected facts to support different posters' personal theories and criticizing other members for their interpretation of a set of facts. 129 pages of this thread at present. If we boiled this down to posts that actually present information we'd probably have 2 pages at most. The situation is quite awful and I understand a lot of poster feel strongly one way or the other; we have been presented with conflicting accounts of the same event from each party's attorneys. Any chance you guys can agree that people are viewing the facts through the lens of their own personal experiences and beliefs and the fairest thing to do would be to reserve judgement until we actually have all the facts?

I am concerned that Tre will not actually be Tre at all this year even when he's back on the active roster. Yes, this is the one position on the team that I have reservations with.

The statement the Bills released makes it sound like their investigation determined he is not guilty of the allegation, or else I would suspect the result of the investigation would be his release. They can't make a statement saying they believe him to be innocent because of ongoing litigation. The fact that they say they have already performed an investigation and he is still on the roster should indicate something as far as what they believe to be true.

The show kinda stinks now, the NFL killed it. Zero chemistry between the hosts and the two who were hired were hired without even consulting with Brandt and Schrager which is always a sign that things are going to fall apart. I can see Shrager moving to do more commentary and Brandt will get his own radio show and do his podcast with Omaha productions.

You'd have to think Shakir is the primary backup to both outside WRs as well as the slot. If we keep Crowder he would likely be the primary backup to McKenzie with Shakir and Hodgins backing up Diggs and Davis. I don't think Kumerow is a lock to make the roster.

Absent someone else not being available for a playoff run, not sure how he would be able to contribute much this year and he would surely only be a Nov-forward player for a 1 year deal. Wouldn't have timing down or know the playbook. Seems like a waste of cash. Rams are for sure his best bet at playing this year.

Weird for him to bring it up out of the blue. He was clearly trying to bring negative attention to Cover1. That kind of stuff speaks to character IMO. If he didn't like what they do, he could have reached out to them directly, not that it would matter much. Just seems like a pretty petty thing to do.
