rooms were typical posh luxury rooms, food (when I was there 3 yrs ago) was pretty weak in my opinion. Good food compared to the avg restaurant, but weak considering the status of the restaurant. Excellent service though.

Agreed with you completely. When I was a fresh grad out of UB, nothing in Buffalo offered decent pay for me to stick around to wait for my now wife to finish her schooling. being a dealer at the casino afforded me an opportunity to make a living wage without having to work at chucke cheese, waitering, whatever. I'm all for the casino's. They are a major player in generating revenue both coming in, and going out. Now that I have left buffalo due to the fact there were no jobs in my field, I do miss it, but unfortunatley there are NO JOBS in buffalo. Bring on the casino. Anybody with/without a college degree making less than 35k/yr in buff ought to be waiting in lines to sign up for work. Great job, good benefits, cool atmosphere. If you are against the casino, what other alternative do you provide besides vacant slum buildings that can match the revenue?

Interesting stuff. I remember I learned in one of my biopsychology classes that if you are sleep deprived enough, it eventually leads to death and heart failure. For some odd reason once you get past a certain time limit, your core body temp continues to rise until u get sleep. in addition to this, your metabolism accelerates so fast, you can't keep weight on. Eventually people become delusional, hear things etc. It's sick how somebody can do this to themselves

Start SMALL to grow big... Dnn't get too excited and overspend like I did. Keep expenses to a minimum, and buy only what is absolutley necessary. Expand when it is required. Wouldn't hurt to have a secondary income coming in for a safety net, like a regular job.

What game were you guys watching? I thought JP looked mighty fine... I said to my bro, i can't wait to see how people react to these performances on TV to see how people judge talent and ability. I thought as a whole, Our defense played great, Line played great receivers were solid etc. JP looked fine for his "rookie" outing. I feel more comfortable after watching this scrimmage with him at the reigns.

Hilarious... the thing that makes it verrrrry tough for me to believe is that numerous scientists on the hoax show stated that with the equipment they had i.e. space suit, and protective layers on the space vessel, unless they were shielded with like 3ft of lead they would have been fried by the radiation belts as they left our atmosphere. Very good advice...Most people prefer the risk free gains though. "I'm guanranteed to make 5.5% on my extra $1,000 payment i make" vs. making 10% in the market over ten years. I find myself to be a lot like this guy, I hate having debt over my head, so I try to pay everything off as quickly as possible. Something my father taught me as good financial mgt., basically if you can't afford to buy it outright, you should not be buying it. In this day in age, its' tough, but it still flows through my blood. I'm debating on whether to buy a home in southern Nj area where real estate is "hot." Sick and tired of renting and having landlords, and eventually have to plant my feet somewhere. WIth rates at 5.5% its hard to not want to buy.
