not shaking, but both are COMPLETELY different QB's, it does affect one's game plan heading into the game. In theory if you have to game polan for both QB's, you can't dedicate as much time to any one approach.

Good call...The NYJ's are 31st in rushing offense, and have Ninny passing. i say defensively we keep them in check, because they'll be "easy" to game plan for. now for our offense, Holcomb has 1 more week of practicing with the 1st string under his belt, is confident in his skills etc. Look for a "breakout" game from Kelly, spreading the ball around. I would love to see T Mcgee take one to the house. He deserves it.

Is anybody else upset we let a solid Veteran QB who we gave up a 1st rd pick for in 2002 walk for free? Considering the #'s he's putting up, we should have gotten at least SOMETHING. I know TD and MM were being respectful by letting DB walk, but it's a business world. How about Dallas gives up a 5th rd pick conditional to a 2nd rd pick based on his performance. Dallas needed Bledsoe more than we thought. Knowing the NFC Bledsoe may make the pro-bowl, and take the boys into the playoffs. Just wish we would have gotten some collateral for Bledsoe instead of letting him walk free.

Expect Buffalo to smother the run, and force Testaverde to throw his lame ducks into our ball hawking secondary... That ought to be Jerry Gray's scheme if he's halfway ntelligent.

The CBS broadcast crew was terrible that game, they kept referring to rich stadium, in miami when the game was in buff (don't know how they confuse those two) and constant name screwups.

Look for more aggressive 4WR sets, vs. the typical 3 WR set on 3rd down. He should "open up" the offense a little more.

Kinda agree. His dropsies have very rarely been spoken of. He's dropped so many TD and 3rd down conversion passes from both Bledsoe and Losman. He may be the physical specimen of the WR corps, but definitely is not the best hands guy...I would have liked to see JP again this week. His 1st drive was impressive last week. I seriously think playcalling is more of the issue here more than anything. The Saints were quoted as saying the Bills Off. was very predictable. If Holcomb struggles/blows this game as well, look for Mularkey to take over the offensive playcalling.

he's running a losing business. Our best year has been 9-7. If he were a ceo of a company where .500 is breaking even, he'd be fired with only one profitable year. Overall we're doing worse than chance.

some things I'm seeing 1) How can losman get comfortable or in a rhythm throwing the ball 15s time per game? 2) Why does our defense ALWAYS play zone on 3rd down, and get beat all the time? 3) What happened to Eric Moulds' hands, and in general? 4) O-line is a glaring weakness. I bought into the hype that our o-line was workable, but Anderson and teague aren't playing so hot. When we can't get 1yrd on a run in consecutive games, thats a problem. Eric Moulds is not worth the money right now with our situation. Use his money on an O-lineman or two. 5) Is it coincidental that EVERY QB has struggled behind our O-line now going back to Kelly. The only exception i can think of would be the yr flutie took us to the playoffs. Our O-line makes Qb's look bad. 6) Playcalling? wtf, no jazz or creativity. Whenever they line evans and moulds up on the same side, evans had a LB on him, they then shift him in motion over to be covered by a CB, why not exploit the mismatch? Where are the 7-10 yrd passes. All we have being called are bombs and like 20yrd fly's. 7) Benching Losman... what good does this do, and is Holcomb really that more effective? Very frustrated...

I see some people may have to eat crow. Seems like most have written the season off after less than 25% of it has been played. Let the games unfold as they may. Loss of Spikes may not be as bad as people make it out. He's 1 guy of 11. Great vocal leader on the team, not a great blitzer. I'm excited to see Crowell. He was good enough to be a 3rd rd. pick.
