No lovers just those that live in reality.
I’m just letting it play out. This one is pretty easy to see, Bills are in trouble. McDermott will be in trouble after the season.
I hate that there’s talk of locker room issues.
Sometimes it’s bad to keep players around too long. Fighting starts and sides are taken.
It’ll be interesting to see how this all plays out in the offseason. Bills are going 7-10.
I’m not mad at Beane for the Miller contract. I’m mad he was too afraid to send a draft pick for Miller in 2021 when we needed him on a Super Bowl caliber team.
Even worse he admitted that the reason he wouldn’t do it was because he didn’t know if he could sign him. Beane doesn’t get enough heat for that.
So many teams are going to go after OC Bobby Slowik this offseason. Texans have a bright future but that was the fear in Buffalo for so long. Would the OC get a HC job right in the middle of developing a QB. Lucky for us Josh got 4 full seasons in the same offense. Texans might lose Slowik after one year.
Steelers have Cleveland, Cincinnati x2, and Baltimore left. They’ll either fall out of it or ruin better teams directly in our way.
Thats why worrying about playoff chances with 8 games left is pointless.
I learned something a long time ago about a playoff race. Don’t worry about other teams until the final week or 2 of the season. The hardest part is always our part.
Im hearing so much talk about playoff odds. It’s pointless.
One issue the Bills face is they get every teams best game. The Bills aren’t always their best. Teams get up for the Bills. Jets Jags, and Patriots celebrated like it was the Super Bowl. Bengals act disrespected whenever they play the Bills.
Ravens had a ton of injuries to start the year. Only difference is those guys came back. Bills are definitely hit probably the worst of the winning teams. Even Allen is playing hurt.
QBs are going to forever be the key to any successful head coach.
McDermott does have a thing for veterans but im not sure you can say he’s terrified of younger players? I don’t know know what you’re actually using as a reference here. Should Hamlin and Rapp be starting over Poyer and Hyde? Maybe Epenesa is the argument but Floyd has been great.
The only young player that’s not playing is Elam and he was behind other young players. Maybe I’m missing something.
I mean, the last time we saw a healthier Bills team they tore apart Miami. But injuries are part of it so let’s see how they adjust.
I’m not optimistic though.
