  1. Didn't really love this episode. Am now convinced they will drag out the Glenn thing now, and the last scene of the last episode of this season will be a shot of the back of Glenn's head, with someone exclaiming "Glenn!" - but you won't know if he is alive or a walker
  2. And yet the defense is still so frustrating to watch. Coming off the bye there was hope that something would be done on the coaching end to change/ simplify schemes and let players make plays, or on the players end to grasp the D and play with fire without hesitating or thinking or making mistakes. Neither seems to have happened
  3. Ha. All my players were on bye so I played both shady and Karlos today
  4. Only chance is to take out the train whistle guy
  5. This aggravates me so much (gay that is, not you )
  6. I also don't get it. Even if a guy is old and slow, still better to have him out on the field and have him, you know, actually lead something. Give him a big head start if you need to. Damn, put him on a Segway or golf cart if necessary. Otherwise they need to change "Leading the Charge" to "Standing There And Waving A Flag" Is the same guy who is in charge of the train whistle responsible for this?
  7. This commercial always got me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6F3-InOdMP4
  8. Wow - nothing epitomizes the state of the Bills the last 15 years than this. A number of years ago at a Fantasy Draft, a (very vocal) Pats** fan in my league was having a great time making fun of me after he went to the Bills-Pats** game in Buffalo and said by far the most jerseys he saw fans wearing was the punter - the punter!
  9. They also need more strolls and cheeseburgers
  10. Let's hope his hard head stops his brain from sloshing around - can't help but fear this could be a recurring issue - hopefully not.
  11. Found this somewhat surprising - given Rex's whole 'players can say what they want' philosophy
  12. Obviously a petition is what is required here. Or a billboard
  13. I'm glad someone explained earlier in this thread that he meant "wants" when he wrote "once" - I read the last part like 10 times and eventually just gave up trying to understand WTF he meant.
  14. I also thought the article was a bunch of nothing. Also really reaching to paint him as Saint Doug because he visited a player with cancer? Really? Who wouldn't do that? Oh and better believe I'll be holding my breath for when he reveals what REALLY happened in 14 years. Such intrigue! Give me a break. Stay anonymous and in the background with your happy life - but don't for a second think I feel bad for you.
  15. That's why I said I think it was initially Nicholas' guts, and maybe he rolled under the dumpster to avoid being completely devoured, and maybe he just gets bit during all that
  16. This is what I think, that there will be an arc following Glenn around as a walker - first time to really see the apocalypse day-to-day from a walker point of view. And of course at some point there will probably be an inevitable confrontation between the gang and Glenn as a walker. I thought all the hedging on Talking Dead about Glenn's fate was kind of bizarre. So strange how they kept going all around the fact to not say he was definitely dead. I do think it was Nicholas' guts and not Glenn's - for him to be a walker in the story he has to be mobile and not chewed to bits. The comment that maybe he slid under the dumpster and lived gave me pause. Maybe he does that and lives just a bit longer but eventually gets bit. I can't imagine at this point they try to keep him alive - even Lindelof said that would be ridiculous.
  17. Only caught parts of the game on my phone with no sound - was there any discussion on whether the receiver landed out of bounds on the last Jags TD
