Matt Scott fits the bill (no pun intended)
The more that I watch and read on this guy the more he stands out.
1). Accuracy..check. From what I have been reading he is very accurate.
2). Strong arm...check. right up there with Glennon. Throws a nice tight spiral.
3) Athletic...check. can make plays with his feet. His speed reminds me of a young Michael Vick.
4) Hard worker/Dedication...check. like a taller Russell Wilson.
5) Durable..semi check. He has played hurt. He needed to put on weight, which he has, now up to around 215 lbs and could add some more. Even with the weight, he was super fast in the combine drills.
6). Quick learner...check. He learned two different systems in college.
7). Clutch...check. He won some big games at the end.
I want this guy in a bills uniform. I don't think he gets past Philly at the top of round #2. Chip Kelly offered him a scholarship to Oregon, but he already committed to Arizona. Philly has already set up a meeting with him following his very impressive pro day.
I think both will be there and we will pass on both. There are better players at other positions at #8. I think they will try to trade back up into round 1 to get either Barkley or Manuel. Indy at #24 is short on picks and probably will be open to a trade down.
Dustin Keller, Dannell Ellerbe, Justin Durant, Erin Henderson, Paul Kruger, Mohammed Massaquoi, Cary Williams, Derek Cox are possibilities. I think they also would like Leodis back at the right $
two words sum it all up for Todd McShay's ability to evaluate QB talent.

I hope all the QBs are still on the board at #8 so that we can take the BPA and look to trade up from # 41 to the low first rd and get Barkley. Initially I couldn't stand the idea of another Cali kid QB as the memories of Rob Johnson and Trent Edwards are still fairly vivid. I'm warming up to the idea. He is a football junkie and I could see him working well with Hackett. If the Bills plan to run a west coast type offense then Barkley will be fine. Wilson has those small hands and that makes me nervous in Buffalo weather. If we lose Levitre then I hope Buffalo takes one of the big three OTs. Johnson may be there. Mayock thinks he may be the best of the bunch a year or two from now. Cordy could dominate at RT or even at guard.
I think we trade up back into the first and pick Manuel. Hope it turns out better than JP Losman.
We pick Patterson with our #1. I think Indy will be willing to trade down.
