  1. Momentum will gain steam after the next couple of weeks and he will be gone. BTW, that's "The Wiz's" post about facebook, not mine.
  2. I don't see how the Bills can keep Rex because of the following: 1-Rex over-promised and under-performed badly. 2-He has undoubtedly lost the defensive personnel. Right or wrong(I believe they're right), they don't believe in his scheme. Don't think that Mario is speaking only for himself. 3-They'll have to re-tool the defensive personnel to suit Rex's scheme while a different coach took the very same players and made them one of the best in the league last year. Makes no sense. 4-Rex has lost the fans. Regardless of how much they will have to pay Rex to go away, by keeping him there will be very few kool-aid drinkers/season ticket buyers. I know I've been a Jim Jones follower season after season and am feeling like a fool.
  3. I think he'd have a suspension to serve first for the hit and run.
  4. Sorry, but the fat lady has sung. For the next five weeks, this team has to overcome too many variables. They not only have the team on the other side of the field, but Rex's horrible defensive game planning and game time decisions not to mention the shi%$y refs. I say they go 3-2 or 2-3.
  5. Please!!! The very title makes bills fans sound like morons.
  6. A lot of the key penalties were absolute bull ****!!!
  7. I don't care how talented they are when you throw three rookies together on your offensive line, an nfl d-coordinator with three pro bowlers on his line would totally exploit it. Rex and Thurman got their asses handed to them today.
  8. That's the most disturbing thing about this game. This defense was probably THE best in the NFL especially over the last 5-6 games last season leading the league in sacks. But, Rex knows better and blew up their old system for his superior one. Well, I can't remember the last time the defense played this bad!! We're talking historically bad statistically. And, no Brady and company aren't THAT f'ing good. They were rotating three f'ing rookies on their o-line for Christ's sake!!!
  9. Rex was schooled by Belichick as usual. He didn't have any answers, no halftime adjustments. Enough of the Brady worship, his throws were mostly short and intermediate high percentage throws. Rex was flumoxed. NE was also able to run the ball when they felt.
  10. It's those floaters they reference that got him benched last season. He kept hanging his receivers out to dry--almost getting them killed.
  11. They were fired for giving up their texts, not for their participation in the "manufactured scandal."
  12. I don't understand all the excitement over this news. Just because he's softening his cap hit this year doesn't mean he's taking a pay cut. It means we're committing more years to a rb with a lot of miles on him.
  13. That production will go poof behind our offensive line of 2014.
  14. Umh...it was a 47 yarder on grass. I feel for Norwood because it should have been a 37 yard or closer but for terrible clock management on that last drive. I can't watch video of the drive because I want to yell at Kelly to spike the damned ball and save some clock!!!
  15. Bills fans ridiculing the Browns?? When was the last time we made the playoffs?
  16. I agree. Belichick's comment about using "wet, sticky, cold, slippery" balls in practice confused me as it didn't quite fit into the context of the topic being addressed. Now I believe it was his slick way of preempting this statistical improbability that would eventually come to light. Chris "Mad Dog" Russo said on his Sirius show that Belichick's son was the equipment manager. I can't verify that, but his son is listed as a coaching assistant on their website and no equipment manager is listed.
  17. I really loved when I saw him doing his specialty--fumbling out of the endzone to lose the game against the Chiefs.
  18. According to the CBA, a rookie contract can be renegotiated after the third year. I can see a scenario in which EJ is the starter and has an average season. The defense leads the team to the playoffs. Knowing he has the Bills over a barrel, Parker will advise EJ not to attend any off season workouts until he has a contract commensurate with a playoff caliber qb.
  19. I'm sure he's not forcing EJ on anybody. But if the chatter is true that he speaks of him in glowing terms, that would be enough to scare off a coach who is wary of potential future conflicts.
  20. That will be an issue for any potential coach, especially if Whaley is speaking "glowingly" about EJ. I can't see many coaches wanting to be saddled with a, as to now, bust for a starting qb favored by the GM.
  21. Yeah, that one pick will trump the fact that the Bills have one of the top defenses in the league.
  22. Ha ha!! With his inept o-line this past season, who would entrust him with their offensive line??
