It was awesome! We had a good number of people stop, take pictures of us, scan the QR codes for our website and Facebook page. Passed out a ton of business cards. This was just for publicity and we certainly achieved that today. Playing in front of a ton of people is amazing, but playing in front of 5 people can be just as fun! The lower the number of people the more I relax and joke with those in the crowd. If there's a couple hundred, I feel I have to stay put and focus to play at a maximum level.

This is of Rush's whole performance, 2112 Overture and Working Man with Dave Grohl. As you would expect, straight ahead, hard and awesome Rock n Roll. But YYZ with Omar Hakim on the drums? Wow! Omar gave that song a groove it's never had before. It was fresh. It was amazing!!! Edit: Viacom got their copyright blockers in full force, and all the "Good" videos are blocked. My band played at Wingfest. We had an awesome time!!! Very cool gig for us.

My wife owns a literacy center that specializes in teaching kids and adults that fit the Dyslexia profile how to read. I just read her this and she said that Autism is the opposite of Dyslexia. According to the book "The Dyslexia Advantage", a group of cells called the "minicolums" which are a vertical arrangement of cells from the cortex of the brain, In dyslexic people, the minicolums are spaced widely apart. In Autistic people, they are spaced closely together. For years it was believed that you couldn't be both Autistic and Dyslexic at the same time. It was only recently that that has been proved to be false.

When it comes to my equipment, I have a very particular and set way of unpacking and packing. I also have a system for loading my car with my gear.

I'll admit I don't understand it as much as I should. My next door neighbor has Autism but highly functioning. I may hire him to be my roadie for gigs because I have a S ton of equipment. He's eager to help out.
