Gigs like the one I had tonight are awesome. Had like maybe 20 people show up, but they had PBR on tap. I said from the stage how awesome PBR is. A Senior VP from a local bank was there, and paid my whole tab, just because she is also a PBR fan!

A place where you wouldn't think would have better than decent wings is the Hamburg Casino on the Erie County Fair grounds. My band played there last night, had the hot wings, not bad at all. I didn't find hot too hot, but I have a super high spicy heat tolerance. They were pretty darn good.

I think the media misunderstood the original announcement. They reported that the new stadium would be open for the 2026 season. What was meant to be said is that renderings will be ready for the 2026 season. Actual stadium completion TBD.

The team will continue to test a new security screening system for the home opener Monday night against the Tennessee Titans at what is usually a busy Gate 5. For this game, the Bills will use Ceia Open Gate Technology that allows people to walk through security and to the ticket scanners before entering the stadium without emptying their pockets and having their bags checked. The system screens everything on a person as they walk in, and the team continues to test different companies offering similar products.

I had a gig tonight. What I didn't take into account was Covid fatigue. I kept going for the 3 sets on multiple Red Bulls. I got in my car, literally exhausted. I turn on my favorite radio show, The Gumbo Kitchen on Jazz FM. What comes on, this 9 minute version of pure genius!
