There are a hella lot of implications here. I don't want to be an NFL Official trying to decide what to do, because whatever they decide, no one is going to be happy with it.
Over $3 Million, and fans from around the NFL are donating. Eagles, Chargers, Chiefs, Seahawks, Colts, and many from the 49ers and Cowboys. (From what I saw just now).
2 of my step-daughters are in the medical field. One is an ICU Nurse, the other is a paramedic in the Army. They're both saying what happened is the hit triggered an undiagnosed pre-existing condition, coronary embolism, or aneurism. I know. Just speculation. But they live their lives in the medical field. Just something else to think about.
And although not many, there are still some Raider fans in Oakland who firmly believe that they will fail in Las Vegas, and Davis will build a new stadium in Oakland and move the team back to Oakland within 5 years.
what?
and to add to that, I lived in the Bay Area for 13 years. I've seen many an Oakland/San Francisco game. You couldn't buy your way as a Raiders fan into a game at Candlestick Park. And if you showed up in a Montana or Rice jersey in Oakland, you didn't have the most pleasant experience. Las Vegas is a far cry from Oakland.
