  1. If he hits one of the two endzone overthrows (Knox and Brown) and/or puts the ball on Beasley’s stride, he’s in the Lamar Jackson/Patrick Mahomes conversation. He should’ve had 400 yds and 3 or 4 passing TDs today.
  2. Don’t forget no QB coach or veteran backup his first year. That was criminal negligence.
  3. He was better at anticipation throws for sure. Ball placement still needs to improve. First half was best passing half he’s had as a Bill, super efficient and used all of his receivers. Came a bit unglued after his second fumble and seemed like he was pressing.
  4. He was not on the field the last couple of drives, they had Siran Neal playing corner which was odd. Worried that he got banged up too.
  5. Missed two wide-open TDs, underthrew Beasley on what should’ve been a long score, and fumbled twice. Should’ve been picked in the endzone on the second to last drive with yet another inexcusable cross-body heave into coverage. Even Josh would admit he needs to be way better. He’s one of the best athletes on the field and was super efficient in the first half but he needs to stop glitching or his career is never going to take the final step from exciting to elite. Tired of seeing it and tired of talking about it. Love the guy though.
  6. The offense in the first half was as efficient as I’ve seen it under Daboll. Need to put four full quarters of consistent play, that’s been a McDermott issue. Also Josh missed TWO wide open TDs. In addition to Brown he overthrew Knox in the same spot for what should’ve been an easy score. Something about rolling to his left - he has trouble setting and firing. Almost like he’s too big, if you’ve ever tried to throw one of those hutch mini footballs they can be surprisingly tough to get touch on at times - I think big QBs struggle with touch passing at times, especially on the run.
  7. Amazing idea, cutting the kicker.
  8. Ok, thanks - let us know when you solve the riddle.
  9. Josh is just always going to be this way.
  10. Interesting about Darnold, I thought I read this week that he’s been one of the worst QBs against pressure.
  11. It just doesn’t prove anything. If your point is that Epanesa being a healthy scratch tomorrow makes it unlikely he’ll ever be great. That just doesn’t make sense.
  12. What a weird question. I don’t know if Aaron Schobel was INACTIVE for game one of 2001 but he certainly didn’t start. He went on to have an excellent career.
  13. Edmunds has not missed a game and is 21. There is not a single GM in the league that would consider him a “miss.”
  14. You’d rather have Derwin James than Edmunds? Really? Dude had an injury history coming out and he’s barely played.
  15. Issue is they don’t have the interior line to do that, and their line as a whole has barely practiced together so short-area combo blocks are gonna be harder to execute. Meanwhile the Bills lost their key edge setters in Shaq and Lorax, and Bell is really good at the outside zone runs. That’s what I’m expecting the Jets to feature.
  16. Anyhoo... Expecting the Jets to test the outside LBs tomorrow with lots of outside zone runs from shotgun. That’s what I would do.
  17. Wow the outrage is starting early.
  18. He looks like Bledsoe in that picture. Is that Bledsoe?
  19. No doubt, you are fully entitled to your view that Black athletes should perform like minstrels and stick to entertainment.
  20. Yet here you are. You realize how targeted ads work, don’t you?
  21. I have never heard someone being called a white supremacist because they are proud of themselves and happen to be white - I have no idea what you’re talking about. But “pride in whiteness” suggests something more than that - the Proud Boys are no better than BLM and they’re one of the more benign pseudo-fascist groups out there...
  22. If you took a minute to inform yourself instead of posting something like this, you’d discover that Black athletes have been trying to help their communities and bring awareness to social justice issues for decades. Honestly your entire post is just a tired troll-like talking point.
  23. There is no difference between “all cops are racist” and “all protesters are marxists” or whatever. It’s the same exact kind of destructive (and false) groupthink that’s tearing the country to shreds.
  24. I do see it that way yes. I also think you’re seeing a reaction to some folks feeling like the white supremacists are being sanctioned and encouraged by a certain segment of the GOP. But I also think “positive feelings of whiteness” is a loaded term and I suggest we don’t go there...
