I agree we did very well. I think 3 years from now we will have 4 starters from this draft (Parrish, Everett, Geisinger & Preston) which considering the weakness of the draft is a damn good job. I just wish we had a LT :-(

And I'm still not sold on Ron Edwards. LT and DT. Anthony Bryant was available.

I usually shoot mid-80s now. I had a pretty good stretch a few years back, when I was in school and had more time. I used to shoot in the high 70s, playing almost exclusively at Elma Meadows. Best round there was a 74.

Moving up 20 picks in the 2nd round should not cost you a proven, pro-bowl RB. C'mon now thats a little much. If Philly threw in a 3rd or 4th rounder, or maybe a player, then fine. Exactly. They get a much needed OL along with moving up 11 spots. A MUCH better deal than the other one.

Not bad ideas. I don;t like dealing NC, though. Would you then play Baas at C and Teague at LT? Is that better than Shelton at LT and Teague at C, with Spemcer or Baas being groomed to take over when Teague's contract runs out?

NC will be the one true superstar that TD drafted and will now have a decision on. Its his first real star call and could set the tone for the likes of McGahee, JP, Evans, and the re-signing of some of our defensive players. Don't do it because a top ten pick will want huge money to sign. Why not give the huge money to the known superstar?

Mike friggin Gandy as the starter at LT??? I can't see that happening. If it does, TD ought to be tarred & feathered when JP gets mauled by Abraham or Taylor.

OK, is Stamer the answer then? I think we could use more playmaking out of that OLB slot. And Posey is making some $$, which we will need to re-sign the rest of our D in the Armageddon 06 offseason. So, do you think that Stamer could step up and be a bit of a playmaker from that slot? Not sure he has the speed, but he does have the guts. Thoughts?

Since Posey's contract is up after next year, and we spent a 3rd round pick on Crowell, does anyone see Crowell stepping into the starting lineup next year? Can he play in the NFL, and by play, I mean be a bit of a playmaker? I'm not sure he ever had a chance. Any thoughts from the LB gurus?

I've been playing in various leagues for years. Let me tell you something....those bats should be taken off the market. The ball is hit too hard. I've seen guys, good players mind you, at 3B, have their faces shattered in tournament play by those bats. The team using them was DQ'd when the ref realized what was going on, but it didn't help the 2 guys who were sent to the hospital.

He was undersized for a DE, and unable to keep the speed he had when he added a ton of weight. He would have been a decent situational pass rusher. Is it his fault the folks at the combine made him the #9 overall pick?? Unable to play football? Now thats a bit much. He almost singlehandedly destroyed Notre Dame in consecutive years for BC, including once when ND was ranked #1. In the 2 ND games he had 6 sacks and over a dozen tackles with a forced fumble. He was unblockable. Great college player, miscast as a pro DE, might have been a decent 3rd down pass rusher in the right system.

I have a couple of questions for all the people who were protesting....do you people have jobs? If so, why were you not at them? If not, why not? And how in the hell are you supporting yourselves? Seriously, even if I felt very strongly about an issue, there is no way I could tell my boss I'm taking a few weeks off to go protest. Utterly ridiculous.

Again, who is the rest of your team. Both pitching and hitting. And what are the league categories? Roto, points or H2H? I'm inclined to say go for it b/c Rollins is so good, but need to know the rest.
