  1. Who knows?...Fins lost six of their games by 3 points, including contests against playoff clubs PGH and WAS, and SB winner NYG. I don't count anybody out.
  2. "The Patriots time in the AFL saw them struggle most years as they never had a regular home stadium. (what great fan support, eh? ) Nickerson Field, Harvard Stadium, Fenway Park, and Alumni Stadium all served as home fields during their time in the American Football League. They did play in one AFL championship game, following the 1963 season. They lost to the San Diego Chargers 51–10.They would not appear again in an AFL or NFL post-season game for another 13 years. (Pathetic, eh?) When the NFL and AFL merged in 1970, the Patriots were placed in the AFC East division, where they still play today. The following year, the Patriots moved to a new stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, which would serve as their home for 30 years. As a result of the move, they would change their name from the Boston Patriots to the New England Patriots. During the 1970s, the Patriots had some success, earning a berth to the playoffs in 1976—as a wild card-berth—and in 1978—as AFC East champions. They would lose both games. In 1985, they returned to the playoffs, and made it all the way to Super Bowl XX, which they lost to the Chicago Bears 46–10. Following their Super Bowl loss, they returned to the playoffs in 1986, but lost in the first round. The team would not make the playoffs again for eight more years. They changed ownership several times, being purchased from the Sullivan family first by Victor Kiam in 1988, who sold the team to James Orthwein in 1992. Orthwein intended to move the team to his native St. Louis, Missouri, but sold the team two years later to current owner Robert Kraft in 1994." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_England_Patriots Uh Oh...I guess I stole Wikipedia's signals...

  4. To use a favorite DEM term - "disenfranchisement" - haven't the DEM primary voters in FL and MI been disenfranchised?
  5. Do you feel you should pay more taxes?
  6. Atlanta? Pack heat...
  7. If this has been going on since Vietnam, why hasn't near solid DEM control of Congress until 1992 solved this problem? What Bills did they pass? If they did, which President vetoed them??? Facts are always welcome!
  8. Is he in favor of raising my taxes?
  9. Pleased to see you've got my back.
  10. I'm getting pretty tired of this hand-wringing expectation and/or demand that for every bump in a person's life, an apology has to be offered up. Were I Hardy, I'd say FU...it's a family matter. He doesn't work for the Bills yet...right? They should keep their traps shut, too.

  12. Seems many a con man company uses a Canadian address. Different laws. Beware...one of the local consumer reporter columnists here in CIN wrote about the details, but I didn't commit his words to memory. Already - a newly-hatched poster offers to sell a password...
  13. At one of those...West Indies locales?
  14. Good bye and good luck, con.
  15. Yep...you never know. T.J. Houshmanzedeh was a 7th round pick. Wayne Chrebet was undrafted. Jason Peters was undrafted. Rocky Bleier was a 16th round pick. Just to name a few examples.
  16. A modified Lotus Elise for a mere 109K plus an additional 8K if you aren't in one of their backyards. Sweet! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla_Roadster
  17. Sounds like high schools, across the nation...
  18. Tune into Keith Obermann, Chris Matthews, Lou Dobbs, or Bill Moyers some time.
  19. Are you sure you'd want that legacy?
  20. Glucogenic Prostate Syndrome...it's a clear-cut case of cause and effect.
