  1. I don't care for Oriental cuisine...
  2. I wonder what Hardy carries. I think most CCW permit holders have reliable, well-made handguns in contrast to the un-permitted punk crowd that tote junk pieces from Raven, Hi-Point and the like. We've had an unusually calm week so far in CIN - no shootings as yet.
  3. Chris Henry is available on the cheap.
  4. Concealed carry permit holders almost never commit gun crimes. When TX allowed CC several years ago, there were dire predictions of blood in the streets. Didn't happen. Same was said about KY a few years ago. The carnage failed to materialize. And consider VT - a liberal, largely Democratic state that allows CC without any permit. Note that VT has low crime rates. 5. Was it a white tie or black tie event? If in the evening...white tie.
  6. The best you can hope for as the clock ticks is...existential ennui. It passes the time, I'll give it that.
  7. Before free agency...
  8. What's happening with the BassPro deal?
  9. I guess it depends on who is doing the picking, whatever round....clearly. And it's fairly easy to crow about an OL pass protection that was near the basement in passes attempted. Let's see what happens when (if) the Bills with Hardy approach at least middle-of the-pack in attempts, as well as deeper patterns. We can only wait and see what the new OC does...
  10. Yes...you pay a boatload of $$$ to buy FAs when you do things like this year...grabbing their 1st OL at pick #219 in the 7th of this draft. 22 of 32 clubs picked an OL by rnd. 4 this year...
  11. Perhaps because they spent previous time and draft picks keeping a good OL, and were able to go for corners? Dunno....
  12. Lynch's 56 yarder against CIN upped the right-side average. IIRC, Walker was on the ground in the center of the line, as 2 CIN defenders missed their tackles for a loss in the backfield and Lynch was off and gone.
  13. Happy B'Day !!!
  14. Dunno - but I'd guess pretty $$$. I believe Arrowhead owns the record for consecutive seasons of sell-outs. 20 years or something like that.
  15. I sure can't see them carrying more than three RBs.
  16. Because he's 19 years old and you forgive the young for their inexperience in life's journey, as well as their well-established goofiness throughout history. Even though they can irritate, and sometimes you would like to fling them over the Falls...
  17. Here is an upcoming $1 beer sports event. There might be a story pending... http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/art...090393/1062/SPT
  18. PM FiSD He will tell ya how...
  19. IIRC, RB Mini-Max Anderson played with a busted jaw. Marlin Briscoe - one of my favorite Bills.... http://espn.go.com/nfl/s/2002/0218/1336110.html
  20. Pirates - management dismembered and neutered a storied franchise for filthy lucre. Penguins - perennial podunk team whose games I attended frequently when I moved to PGH in 1978. They drafted Mario Lemieux in 1984. The next year - they told fans that they would have to buy multiple ticket packages if you wanted to see the Pens play top teams at the time, like the Edmonton Oilers. My wife had a co-worker who belonged to their "Igloo Club". After years of support for that weak sister outfit, in 1985 they were told that that their season tix together were a thing of the past - jump back into the hopper and good luck. The NBA - in general...walk, walk, walk...palm, palm, palm, travel, travel, travel. Thank you Michael Jordan. Two madman shooters and 3 stiffs on the court at any given time. NCAA basketball - three players on the court at any time in every game launching 3 point bombs with 30% shooting percentage.
