That's what they did at the Meadowlands. 30 years line seats in the lower bowl are considered premium seating. @Kirby Jackson explained this years ago. Building a new stadium allows teams to recalibrate seat prices. Those 30 yd line seats were just seats in 1972 when Rich Stadium first opened. Today those are clubs.
