It's obvious that Mo expects success and to move on in a year or two, and his successor, and their successors, are on the staff in waiting. As for travel, they can't move up to any decent conference without increasing travel. So if that scares you away what's the point of building a program? Again, don't look at what UB is now. Look at their trajectory. If I said they'd be nationally ranked ten years ago, you'd say I was high.
