Do the Bills do this with any players who want to take their gear with them?

The more I think about it the more of a "f*** you" it is to fans to do this. How many Bills season ticket holders can pick up and fly out to a game? Add in hotels , rental cars, meals, etc. all because you want to see the Bills in the AFCC. Terrible idea.

Troy Vincent was the guy who broke JP Losman's ankle in his rookie camp because, from what I heard, Troy wanted to knock the rookie down a couple pegs. I was willing to give the NFL the benefit of the doubt. After all, how often does something like this happen. Not everything is planned for and I could imagine a lot of confusion in the moment. (Hence the 5 minute thing.)

That isn't a forfeit. The NFL won't give out wins not earned. They either say the Bills forfeit, or declare a "no contest" as if the game was never played. A Bills forfeit is the cleanest result for the league. Not so great for us.

They would have to play today or Wednesday the latest. Would the NFL be willing to postpone Bills and Bengals week 18 games to Monday?

They give top 3 by % a bye. KC, BUF, CIN. That also eliminates a playoff game but it doesn't penalize the Bills and Bengals for not playing a game. Both teams had a possession and scored. It would be more fair than NFL OT.
