It will take a long time to earn back the cost of the stadium at that rate. But AT&T stadium is used constantly the Cowboys sell sponsorships to everything. and Jerry makes extra hundreds of millions. Market size matters.

A lot easier paying for your own stadium when you are in media market #1. Stan Kronke and Jerry Jones paid for their playpens but made their investments back relatively quickly. Not happening in WNY.
